Bartenders who were working Sunday afternoon 10/12 had a terrible attitude. Even the people next to us agreed. You come here for vacation and the excitement is through the roof so when bad service surfaces it’s a shame. Cool place though.

Very slow service, took over thirty minutes to get my drink order to my table. Clean bathrooms, stalls have an inch gap though so if you’re shy and don’t want someone to see you doing your business, you might want to find a different place to do your business. But when nature calls and you find yourself at Finnegan’s just stare back deep into the eyes of the tourists peeking to see if anyone is in the stall. Food is decent and reasonably priced (for theme park standards).

Food quality and portion size have gone downhill in the last few years. Just paid $15 for loaded chips and got a plate of chips and basically nothing else. The chips were not even good.

Somebody needs to tell the cocky lady behind the counter that just poured me an entire cup of foam that she’s wrong and it’s kind of rude to sit and ask customers if they know what they’re talking about instead of just apologizing and pouring the glass, right. You don’t just sit it flat and open the tap handle so the entire thing foams up. That wasn’t even a big deal. It’s a freaking glass of Guinness. It was her snark attitude like how dumb can I be. That was the problem. She didn’t even attempt to report correctly. She just kept basically insulting me.

We were so disappointed to find that Finnegan’s had changed its menu and taken away some of our favorites. We always look forward to going here and even recommended this as Universal Season Pass-holders as the only restaurant people need to try when they stop at universal. The onion web and the Cobb salad were incredible and they have been replaced with mediocre alternatives. Atmosphere has always been so-so, but the service has always been incredible. We might go back, but we probably won’t go out of our way to do so.

The Guinness beef stew and NY strip steak were both delicious! Our server, Brittany, was super friendly and helpful, and to top it all off, the live music was amazing and added a lot to the atmosphere. We came here a few years ago, and had such an enjoyable experience that we had to return for our honeymoon, and brought our family to enjoy it with us! Finnegan's is the best restaurant in Universal!
Not worth the money. Shepherds pie was lovely but veg was awful! The fish and chips AVOID!!! Raw the first time and the second time it was basically criminated with hardly any fish inside. Not a big enough portion with the fish n chips either for $24! Wouldn't come again. Still charged full price with no discount for the raw fish...

I've been coming here for two years. They changed the menu and I have found that the quality of the food went down. It's not good. The bar still has great drinks but that's it which I found sad
