Found a full on piece of plastic in my husband’s burger when I took a bite of it. When the server took it back I expected a manager to come over, no dice. Finally asked for one and asked if she knew what it was that was in my burger, as it was very large and long and I wanted to make sure that It wasn’t cooked into it nor was it something that fell out of someone’s pocket. She informed me that it was a plastic thermometer they use to check the meat and someone had forgotten to take it out. They took the burger off. Honestly a bit disappointed they didn’t comp more. Wasn’t looking for a full free meal but a little extra would have been nice, since we didn’t even get a replacement sandwich and I had literally bitten into a piece of plastic. It was our last day here, everywhere we had eaten up until today had been great. Super disappointing end.

Dinner reservation was for 6pm and since 3pm tried to get our group of 5 to come much earlier. We got there 30 mins early and they made us wait for a table while half the restaurant was empty and then made us all sit bunched up in a small table of 4. Hostess were very rude to us as well.

Food was really good. Our server Latricia on the other hand was not. We had to get up 3 times for ketchup because she was nowhere to be found. Then when we got our food we had asked for mayo, so then she went to her other tables, and then we had to ask for mayo again and my sister had already been halfway through her burger. Then we had asked for our check and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her to go to her other tables and then play on her phone at the drink station. No one was helpful. If you have time to kill and essentially wait for your server in the time you could wait in a line this is for you. If not, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Lombards is phenomenal.

Today is 20 Apr 24. I say at a high too for a while and the server never asked what I wanted. Looked at me several times and never even said she will be with me as soon as she could be. I let it got and sat at the bar . I mentioned it to Kat who asked me what I wanted and before I could finish, in a very rude way "I'm going to stop you right there." She explained the other server was a server and that she was busy. To convey the attitude that she was giving me here but I was not even being rude and I was just stating what I had experienced. Jan recognized me from last weekend which was nice and knew what I wanted and got me taken care of. She took over for Kat and is the one who will be getting the tip. O can dee everyone was busy but, I did not need to be talked to the way Kat did when I was not even being rude myself.Vegetarian options: Vegan Shepard's pie

Eat somewhere else when in the park. The restaurant was freezing cold, the service was sloth-like slow, and the food was just awful. The Fish and Chips are $23.99 and are the same ones as the ones in The Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley, which are priced at $17.99. The batter is thick and undercooked so it is slimy and yellow on the fish. We saw our server only when she took the order, and then when she dropped the food off and then the check. At no point did she check back to see how everything was or ask about more drinks. The food took wayyyy too long to come out, especially for such poor quality. I don’t expect fine dining at a theme park, but I also don’t expect to need to take a nausea pill within 30 minutes of eating.

I got the Webb Burger....fantastic grill. Perfectly cooled and seasoned. The fish and chips were fresh and delicious. I would not expect this kind of food at a theme park and for these affordable prices! Our server Bruce was everywhere, getting all we needed- he was such a hard worker. The hidden gem was the live entertainment. Shane was a talented singer and musician. It completed the experience.

The food has been going downhill for sometime , drinks when ordered at the bar are great , at the table are weak. Came in at 11am , place qas empty and they didn't want to seat me in one of the four open booths.

My experience at Finnegan's was a mix of good and frustrating. Overall, the food was good-- not crazy good, but good. For starters our group (7 people) shared the Shamrock Meat & Cheese Board (good), Irish Loaded Potatoes (actually really good), and Chicken Wings (average). The drink selection for adults and children was fine and exactly what I expected. Our party ordered a range of dishes for our main dishes and all were average/good except for the Kid's Menu cheeseburger. It was extremely overcooked to the point of being black and hard/chewy. My daughter struggled to cut it with my steak knife, so we finally asked our waiter for a replacement. The waiter was extremely understanding, apologetic, and gracious about the request and took the petrified burger back. After my daughter sat for 20+ more minutes while the rest of the group ate, someone from the kitchen visited our table to explain that they cooked it like they had because it was for a child and children shouldn't eat under-cooked meat. We replied that meat was overcooked to the point of being inedible. They then agreed to make a new burger. After another 10-15ish minutes of waiting with no meal for my daughter still, the Mardi Gras parade started outside and she begged to go out to see it after patiently watching it through the window for a while. When we finally got a meal for her she was at the parade. It was a frustrating situation. We had mostly good food and an excellent waiter, but the bizarre kid's burger situation really ruined the experience for us. Properly cooked is not the same as burnt.

Idk why they got rid of the fisherman’s pie, that was the best thing here. I love the fish here, although I’ve been getting tired of fried food. The Shepard’s pie was decent. The Irish soda bread that comes with your meal is amazing. They always recommend getting the Potato and Onion Webb, but I never really like it that much. The Webb burger was decent. Bangers and mash is solid. My dad likes the fish dish. The corned beef dish was good
