We were staying at the Hyatt Regency and met friends for dinner at Fiorenzo. The food was delicious and the service was fine, but it was so noisy in the restaurant that it was difficult to have a conversation. There are a lot of hard surfaces so the noise just bounces off, creating too much background noise. If we were there again, I would look for a place where it is easier to converse.
My service was excellent! My waitress so extremely kind and caring. However, My chicken was really dry and bland. The pasta sauce could've been tastier as well but overall not too bad. The pasta was al dente, which was nice. The restaurant is extremely noisy so just be prepared for that if you're looking for something more quiet. overall: 3.9/5.
First impression was of a snarky hostess, this lead us to immediately question our decision to eat there or just cancel our reservations. For a restaurant that is known for high quality steak meals the cut of the steak was excellent however it was overly seasoned, especially salty.
