Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Great food and great service with a great price! The appetizers and entrees were great! Definitely would recommend it if you're looking for a spot that is reasonably priced and not in the tourist areas of Orlando.

We visited Firebirds on Easter Sunday. The food was excellent, and our server Alex made our visit awesome! The ambience was also great.

The food quality was excellent as always in the last few months since the change in management. But SERVICE sucks. The more we come the more obvious it is that's the servers receive absolutely no training. 

We had a very nice time. Our server was great, attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We look forward to our next visit here. A+ night!

The waitress was awesome. The delivery of food was poor and quality was poor. One person waited 20 minutes for his meal after everyone else was served. Another persons food came out well done instead of rare and it took 15 minutes to correct. The third persons chicken was over cooked and rubbery. They did remove two of meals however quality was poor and not a good experience.

Overall, we had a nice time. Our sever was amazing, drinks were good, but the food wasn't hot. This I was out second visit and we experienced the same thing. We ordered steak and the steak was room temperature by the time they brought our food out to us. Even the pasta meal wasn't hot. But we enjoyed ourselves and may return for happy hours.

We were there on national cheese burger day. That was when when we learned you no longer offer the beyond burger. My cousin and I frequent the spot for burgers. So I ordered a hamburger no cheese. My burger was dry almost burnt ?
I didn't mention it to the server as I'm sure she noticed I'd barely eaten half. My cousin got the shrimp pasta it was okay, she requested a to go box I didn't. The server asked would you like a to go box for the remainder of your burger. I said no I'm not taking it, she paused I thought ok maybe she's about to if I enjoyed it. But nothing she said ok and walked off. The burgers are $20 normally they're juicy and very tasty but when it arrived it was charred with no pink in middle as requested. We like firebirds just not this experience so much

Great place for a nice dinner. We have been several times and have yet to find a dish we don't love!

My filet was not tender and texture was not appealing. Southwest potatoes were not done and even had a rotten spot on one of the slices. We were not offended bread with our meals, then saw hot fresh bread being brought to other tables & when we inquired about it we were told that they were having oven problems but we still had to ask for bread. Service was extremely slow on everything.

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and our waitress, Isita, took notice to that and ensured we had an exceptional meal at Firebirds. In watching her serve tables around us it was clear she is as personable and she is knowledgeable when it comes to all things here. 10/10 environment and 10/10 service experience.

They might as well just given me a hockey puck. Worst steak I ever had. Sides were good but the main think my steak was awful.

The kitchen or server got the order wrong on 3 of the 4 dishes The server would only refil one drink at a time and she kept running back and forth to refill one drink. Burgers were dry and over cooked. The bread tasted like a Publix sub bread.
Foe the prices they charge the meal was very forgettable. Better experience at Marlow’s or Chuwys
