The sandwich was luke-warm, and the bread was really dry. I could have overlooked that because it's delivery, and most drivers don't care about keeping food hot, it seems. *The chicken and dumpling soup, however, was SOUR. Like, tasted like lemon or pickle juice was used instead of broth. I took two bites and couldn't stomach another. Not creamy, no richness, just incredibly sour.*

We love the subs, and my husband tried the meatball/cheese sub and LOVED it! I think he has a new favorite! The young lady who helped us was friendly and accurate with our order-that means a lot to us!
Very poor service and discriminatory towards African Americans. Spanish customers were served rapidly while others waited 10+ minutes before their order was even started.

My only dislike is the way staff spoke to each other in front of customers. One of the ladies corrected told a young man to do something with frustration in front of me. I don't feel customers should have e to hear internal issues. Also, they weren't changing gloves after dealing with things other than food. One employee adjusted pants and continued to make sandwiches and I didn't see another employee change gloves after dealing with the register. Other than that, everything was good
