Found hair in my food at Firehouse Subs Hunters Creek. Contacted corporate and they refused to issue a refund or credit—no accountability at all.
Food safety should be basic. The way this was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

We stopped in for a late night sub for the first time in years. I'm so glad we did. The Italian was absolutely delicious. The veggies were fresh, and the meat and cheese were fantastic. We didn't realize until we walked out they were closing in 10 minutes. Even with them closing in 10 minutes, this was one of our favorite subs we have ever had and the employees were so friendly. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I had the French dip sandwich this evening, and I told the young man behind the counter that I just got done cooking and I threw it out cause I really didn’t like what I cooked and I knew I can count on firehouse subs, and the young man’s name is Zack not only did he make my sandwich himself. He told me he loves making the French dip. I had the sandwich and it wasn’t sloppy. It was so perfectly made. I could’ve sworn that a Michelin star chef made that French dip for me. He deserves a raise. Good job Zack

Ordered through door dash with no pickle, product arrived with a pickel laying across the sandwich, whole sandwich smelled and tasted of pickles.

I arrive on time to pick up my order, and after 15 minutes of waiting and watching them change the order subs being made, I ask about my order and they hadn’t started a single sandwich because they were out of one of the sandwiches. I can’t wrap my head around why they wouldn’t send a message on the app or at least call a customer who has an issue with their order within the 20 minutes they placed the order or the 15 minutes after the scheduled time. And on top of all that they offered to make me a different sub that cost less without adjusting the price. Then still went on to mess up the other two, incredibly simple subs.
Like just call the customer or at least start on the other sandwiches.

Don't go on a Wednesday, ordered peppers, onions, black olives, and mushrooms - and the picture is all they put on. Usually kind of a hit or miss, but got super gyped this time. Forgot a side, missed some dressings, and skimped the veggies. Gonna still eat it, because hunger, but if you expect perfect every time, this ain't it.

We literally just walked out of here. So this is what happened. We walked in and stood by counter ready to order. There was a worker behind counter who seemed to be preparing a sandwich. He had air pods in his ear and looked at us with an unfriendly frown like he was unhappy with our presence. He did not acknowledge us or say anything like 'welcome' or 'will be right with you', nothing. We stood there for a minute then walked out. He looked at us leaving and was unbothered.

The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. It is pretty easy to make modifications to the subs and the staff pay attention. Love a coke freestyle machine.
