Thanks to t mobile Tuesday I was able to pick up a free hook and ladder sub and it was ready for pick up, wrapped nicely in a box. The sandwich was super yummy delicious!

I will NEVER be ordering from firehouse subs again. I placed an online order for international drive orlando and for some reason it was changed to this location at Hunter's Creek. I didn't realize it until after I paid. I called and immediately cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I did not receive one. So I contacted them and I was finally contacted by a gentleman by phone and was told I would receive a call from that stores manager at Hunter's Creek and the woman NEVER bothered calling me back. I love firehouse but if they're going to completely disrespect you like this,they aren't worth it! Take your money and refuse refunds. Buyers beware. They'll rob you...

I recently visited FireHouse at around 7:16 PM on 07/11/2023 and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only did it take them an unusually long time to prepare a simple sandwich, but they also got my order wrong despite specifically requesting no onions. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior of what I assume to be the manager and his boyfriend was highly disturbing.To begin with, the restaurant was practically empty when I arrived, yet it took them a staggering 10 minutes to create a single sandwich. This seemed quite unreasonable considering the lack of other customers to attend to. The slow service left me feeling frustrated and impatient, as I had expected a more efficient process given the circumstances.Furthermore, what bothered me even more was the fact that my order was prepared incorrectly. I clearly emphasized that I did not want onions on my sandwich, but when it was finally handed to me, it was filled with onions. It is disappointing to receive a meal that does not meet the specifications given, especially when it involves such a basic request. Attention to detail is crucial in any food establishment, and this oversight was unacceptable.Adding to my frustration, there was a dispute between a staff member, who I believe was the manager, and his boyfriend at the register. Instead of addressing customer needs and concerns, they engaged in a distracting argument about an Apple Watch. The boyfriend's behavior was unprofessional as he walked and sang throughout the store, clearly not prioritizing his responsibilities. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service greatly tarnished the overall experience.Overall, my visit to FireHouse left me deeply dissatisfied. The combination of slow service, an incorrectly prepared order, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff created a negative impression. I hope that FireHouse takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their service and ensure that customers' orders are prepared accurately. In the future, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail from a restaurant that prides itself on quality service.It is my sincere hope that FireHouse addresses these concerns promptly and strives to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Worst sub I’ve ever had. Soggy and disgusting. I’ve eaten at firehouse before and also have had it delivered before. This was absolutely disgusting and will never eat anything prepared at this store. Idk how you mess up an Italian sub.
