Firehouse Subs Lake Buena Vista

Extremely rude, hostile young man working the cash register. Horrible experience. I expect better from firehouse.

Almost as good as what I normally get from Kissimmee, seemed a little light (thin on meat) but that could well have been my imagination. As always I checked no pickle and it was still in my package, yes if I'd still been there when I found it I would have thrown it back. The other issue I seem to run into here all the time is their cookies, the app allows you to order a cookie or a pair for a discounted price. I select the pair and indicate 2(two for a total of four cookies) rarely is it correct the first try in the bag. This location is way out of my way so it's not likly I'll be back soon. But a good sandwich is a good sandwich be it a hero a sub or a grinder.

Food was good. Service was good. Ate outside. Had a homeless person bathing in the fountain. And doing his laundry.

I'm from NY...I had the absolute best service and the subs were fantastic

Was busy, but ordered right away. Food was delicious. Typical Firehouse. All the tables inside were full. Out door seating had a few tables open.

I eat here on my way into work a few times a month and the staff is always nice, the subs consistent and delicious. Plus I love that they give charitably.

I really like Firehouse subs. This particular one near Disney was... well....how should I say it......ha! just kidding, it was great! Try the smokehouse brisket, it is on my top 5 list.

On our way back from Orlando I had a really good meatball sub but not a good idea to have one while you're driving. It's just too messy

I recently visited this location. My family and I were in town for a cheer competition and it was a busy Friday night. This location only had two employees working and a line literally out the door and down the sidewalk. The two gentlemen working on Friday April 30th deserve extra PTO or a raise or some form of TANGIBLE recognition. They worked diligently through the droves of people, dealing with eye rolls, snide comments, and rude impatient people with such professionalism. Our food was 100% accurate to what we ordered. I made sure to thank them immensely for sticking it out and getting everyone served. But some thank you from management/owners would serve them better than my simple thanks.
