1/29/26 visited about 5pm. Absolute rudest and grumpiest miserable worker ever.
The girl and her boyfriend were nice but the other kid that they said is shift manager is the rudest, most smartmouthed, and miserable person i have ever dealt with in firehouse history.
Super rude. Made a mistake on a sandwhich that was clearly his fault because it was on receipt. Told coworker to tell me to shut up and eat it and bobbed his head. Also was out of so many options and said we are out bcs im not prepping more deal with what we have.
The two working under him clearly are miserable and mistreated by him also. Would love to have someome over this store location to contact me.
Also please go back and review cameras of the gestures he madr and the sticking out of the tongue at my wife as we were leaving.

I usually love Firehouse subs,but today was a big disappointment. I tried new french dip. I hated it. It was cold in the middle and it just tasted bad. Weird flavor, not good at all!
