I never leave a review but the service was terrible I’m writing a review as I wait. I ordered through the app and stood at the online order section of the counter for 3-4 minutes before I asked if I was in the right spot as no one acknowledged me standing there waiting. I was told my order wasn’t ready, after waiting 30 minutes and order people that came after me received there order I asked how much longer got mine only to be told they didn’t have my order. I was then told they see it now and will make it. After another 5 minutes my food was sat on the counter without them even calling my name, I just happened to look and saw it up there. I have never had this experience at any other location. Needless to say this will be my first and last time at this one! Horrible customer service!

The subs are... absolutely delicious! With plenty of meat, ham, cheese, etc... and with plenty I mean like 6 or 7 layers of ham or meat... you will not be disappointed. Definitely the best in town!

Waited an hour and still did not get our order. Could not get a refund because the people behind the counter didn’t know how. No manager on site. Tried calling the manager on the business card they have on the counter but it just goes straight to the general phone line that I could hear ringing while dialing. There were about a dozen tables and quite a few people standing that were all waiting. We just decided to leave instead of waiting longer. What a joke.

Firehouse has some of the best subs you can buy. This location however was very disappointing. To my surprise most the reviews for this location are good so maybe I just came on an off day but my experience was just not good. To start the restaurant was filthy, the whole drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. All the seats had clearly been eaten at but nothing was cleaned off with napkins and crumbs on like every other table. The food was also disappointing, it was just cold and messy even though the food came out very fast. It looked like my sandwich was just slapped together.

I had a requested veggie sub to go and identified the crumbs of meat on my food. This is very frustrating.Vegetarian options: Need to educate the staff about delivering the vegetarian food to customer. Same utensils SHOULDN"T be used.
Wow, poor service. I paid almost $5 for a bowl off chicken and dumpling soup. Use was barely warm and all broth. I have it back and they offered to warm it up for me. Gee, thanks. How about putting something in it other than broth?

Nothing compare to other firehouse, they were goofing around and the white skinny girl who took my order, look like she didn’t care what I was saying. I said to The tall Hispanic girl that the hand sanitizer didn’t work and she look at me and turned around.They need to improve their customer service with new clients.
