I wish I could give zero stars. I placed a delivery order after 45 minutes of waiting for the delivery driver to leave the store. I text the driver to see what was going on. The driver said they were still waiting. I called the store to find out what was happening, the girl who answered the phone got upset with my questions and hung up on me.
The driver finally was able to deliver our food an hour after the order was placed. We live less than 2 miles from the store.
When I brought the sealed bag in the house to open it I found that many items were missing from our order and what we did receive was cold. No reflection on the delivery driver.
This is extremely horrible customer service and should not be allowed to continue. We will NEVER visit this location again.

This place has got to have the worst customer service possible. Walked in and stood in lobby for over 3-4 minutes and with 3 employees working and no other customers i was ignored as if I was invisible. I proceeded to go to my car and call inside to talk to manager. I was told there was no manager on duty and the manager Patty (Patricia) would be in the next day. I actually decided to drive out of my way to the other Firehouse approximately 2 miles away.

The associate would not refund me for a premium topping that was left off my sandwich. If you are in a rush or expect to get what you paid for, I would not stop here.

Always incredibly slow, even order pick up on the app for ahead of time and still have to wait in store for a half hours after it’s supposed to be ready with less than 5 other customers inside

I can count on this location, and only this location, to be late on every single one of my Uber order "estimates". It's gotten to the point that I have to order 30 min earlier just so that the food can be here on time for our luncheons. Someone really needs to look into this.

The worst place to eat in the whole city, the super grocero staff, they had me waiting 40 minutes and every time I asked for my order they scolded me as if they were my bosses! It’s the worst thing that has happened to me and the person in charge of the restaurant is the biggest of all! The lady in green!

I love this place. Subs are more ingredients than bread. I get the hot engineer and it is delicious. I order on line and it is always ready when I get there.
