Ordered for pickup via the Firehouse App. The sandwiches were ready fast, and all of our sandwich modifications were correct! The employee who gave me order was super polite! Probably one of the best Firehouse Subs experiences I’ve ever had!!

Still waiting on my food. 30mins. Same seven folks in front of me. The sub maker is averaging 1 sub per 4mins. I'm refunding. I had to wait for the manager for a refund. Which explained the lack of productivity. The manager was very unapologetic.
Sweet tea was decent though.
