Her attitude is horrible and the way she treats her workers is horrendous. She is not compassionate at all with other people Nor is she patient or Kind everything is an act the food there is horrible they are very unsanitary and Unprofessional

In the Black Friday rush, I have to call out Manager Thompson for providing competent cheerful service in chaos. I had a special order that most sub shops mess up. She made sure it was done correctly even with a whole rush of customers. Highly appreciated and commendable. With a smile on her face the whole time, too!Kid-friendliness: Complete Kids meal that included a fire chief hat, and at a reasonable price.

I don't know if this people take a training of how to be rude with the clients. No matter who is the cashier I always have the worst customer experience. They don't know how to say thanks, they don't even respond if you say it. That's not only customer service,is to have manners. It looks like if they're miserable working there. Omg!

It's a mall food court experience with a service team that seems to rapidly change, but there's almost no doubting that the sandwiches are delicious. I appreciate their business model as well. I've been fortunate to receive my food exactly as ordered on multiple occasions over a few years. I can readily recommend eating here if at Mall At Millenia.

I ordered a small hero and got a sandwich with no meat. I also called and got no answer.
I place an order with my dietary restriction. They still prepared the sandwich including the food that I specifically requested to be excluded. When I returned the food to the cashier Willie, is the sandwich contained the item that I specifically requested to B excluded, he went inside the kitchen to removed that item came out and gave it to me and told me that they remove those item... Dolores the manager instructed him to do so.. I asked to talk to the manager, she has no remorse and acting extremely bossy and told me this is how we are going to give it to you... This is extremely rudeand unprofessional.When I asked for the refund, at first they only gave me a refund 4 sandwich only and did not refund me the money I paid for the tip.. seriously this is how cheap this manager is. I literally have to fight with Dolores the manager to get my tip money back which took more than 5 minutes.I specifically request all customers with specific dietary restriction avoid using this location. The manager and the staff does not care about your dietary restriction.Vegetarian options: Dolores the manager does not care about your vegetarian.

Horrible experience just now at this place. I ordered a "Firehouse Hero" sub, and after waiting a long time, I heard the employee call the name "Mark". As I know people in restaurants often mishear my name, Martin, as Mark, I asked the guy what was the order. He said some other sub name, so I said, no, not mine and continued waiting. After seeing countless of other people get their order before me, and seeing the same sub in a box waiting, the same guy again calls Mark. Once again, I ask him what is the order, and again he says some other name. So I continue to wait. After waiting another long time, over 20 minutes by now, another employee calls out Mark again. I tell her I am Martin, and what I ordered, she tells me that is my sandwich. Quite upset now, I asked her why didn't they tell me when I asked twice before and her only response was, "well, that's your sandwich" without any type of apology. I told her their service sucks as I walked away. Horrible service, poorly trained staff, very bad experience.
