Burnt food just like the name states. Ordered a meatball and cheese sub and as the name states it was burnt black, like it had been in a fire. Spent $10 for garbage that had to be tossed out after arriving home as a take-out order. Don’t give a crap employees should have never placed it in a carry out box. Apparently no management on duty or they need to be tossed in a fire too.
Returned to try the new turkey/dressing sandwich. Where’s the meat? A Bread on bread sandwich. Certainly a rip-off, don’t waste your money or time to drive to this Firehouse to get fire hosed. Neighborhood needs to organize to bankrupt this franchise.
Never will try this disaster of a business again. Nor should anyone else!

You must change gloves after touching anything! Dude wore gloves ringing us up and then made our food with same cross contaminated gloves. I had to ask him to remake our food. He was standing right next to the serve safe certificate on the wall. They don’t have any limes 🍋🟩 for the famous cherry limeade. He said they just ran out however, the store was only open for one hour. 😑🤥🙄😐

Employees didnt say hi or welcome to firehouse. I literally had to say hey twice. But dont worry I won't be back
My first time and last time ever in this restaurant. I’ve never ate at this restaurant before and wanted to try it. My first time experience was not good. I walked in and the young black male with dreads and hat, he just looked up at me and put his head down. He didn’t say one thing to me. I stood there for a good 4-5 mins, then he walked in the back, then a heavy set guy walked to the register with his head down low and said hey. I mean where is the customer service from these people. No interaction with me atleast at all. This is truly, truly strange and weird. I should’ve just walked out because who wants to eat at from a place like this anyway. That negative energy will transfer and I’m pretty positive person. Anyhow, I sat and waited on my food and another woman walked in. Much younger and he spoke to her. So what’s so special about her that he spoke and greeted her when she walked in. He even told the caucasian woman who waited on her food to have a good night.
I do know that most blacks has a tendency of being unkind and racist towards their own. It didn’t bother me much, but to be working for the public and not acknowledge someone when they walk in the door screams poor people skills, poor customer service skills.
I want to know why firehouse would hire someone like this. Is beyond me. When he handed me my sandwich he just put the bag with a lot of grease on the counter, stood back and said “your sandwich is ready”, then he walked off. That bag was saturated with grease on it. Y’all need to do better with your employees. This guy didn’t have on a hairnet, he probably didn’t have on any gloves making my food. His hair was all down in his face he couldn’t even see me and had the nerve to have on a hat. Sagging pants. I can’t believe what they have representing this place. I should’ve recorded him and put it on the internet. This experience was Ridiculous! I paid $12 bucks and the sandwich was a small sandwich, but I ordered a medium sandwich. The sandwich was also nasty and tasteless. I don’t like this place at all and I’ll never go back.

I absolutely hated the service it was so bad like they got my order wrong and I told them to not put any jalapeños and they still put them and then I asked them if they put any cheese on my sub and they said I put it in with so much attitude and it was just a question and they also forgot to put pickles in my sub so yeah my experience was horrible and then the two ladies that made my order were talking about me in their kitchen because I told this other guy to give me my pickles on the side because they forgot to put it in my order.
