I got a hook in ladder salad ? very yum love the dressing with the lunch meats and cheese. Huge salad ? for a decent price. Staff were super friendly and busy and with a little bit of patience, I had my salad ? in know time. 7 orders in front of me to be exact lol ?

Wow….. don’t go in here 30 minutes before they close…. Rude brat boy working there was very upset we came in and made him do his job? Not sure what the miserable attitude is with their staff, but I’ve never wanted to slap a teenager at a fast food place before. WEIRDO staff. Couldn’t even get a drink my meal. Walked off when I tried to ask for one. Glad we were only passing through from out of town

This location was very lively and friendly. They work hard and really seem to enjoy their jobs. They bring you your food rather than yelling your name or number and aren't stingy at all with the extra pickles. Had a great experience there and would love to go back next time I'm in the area.

Firehouse is my favorite subs place, but the experience that I had last night (12/15) between 7:18pm and 7:28pm was something else (please check the camera to verify if I’m lying).When I arrived to the place (empty of customers), an employee under the name of Luis (super nice guy with great customer service) helped me with the order…until here and with him, all was great…5 stars to him!But then 2 situations happened, the first one was that it took 10 minutes to prepare a sandwich because the lady preparing the sub, I believe her name is Nataly or Natalia was having a nice chat with a friend. They talked about everything and my sandwich on hold. Luis helped her cutting the bread like to start the process ,but she was more into the conversation with this friend until he got his sandwich and left.The second situation is related to cleanliness and hygiene which in a restaurant is something very important to me. In the video you can see this friend basically having this conversation with Nataly closer to the containers where you put the subs and for him was a good idea to touch them (check the video, please). I think you don’t want to eat something from a container where a strange person basically was playing and touching them, I think is something gross.When I saw that, I talked to Luis and requested him a different container and he found me a new one.I got my food at 7:28pm and of course the quality wasn’t the best, because you can’t create something good when you don’t pay attention to the process because you have a distraction, we are not robot, we are humans, I understand that, but please has more respect to the customers, because if I want to buy something cheap and made with not the best quality I just go Wawa or 7-11.P.S: By the way, I’m not a Karen male version (Kevin), no I’m not.Thanks.CN

The worst firehouse I've been to. One of my favorite restaurants and this one is terrible, the staff did not care to help me with the reward promotion I had so they had 4 people place their order ahead of me instead of helping, Then I finally got my order and the Kings Hawaiian looked like it had been stepped on it had lines in the top and it wasn't grill lines, and the engineer had tomatoe sauce on the outside of the bread and enough mayonnaise to drown me. Hire some people with better attitudes, and avoid this place for the time being. One guy was nice enough to fix the order that they made me place on the phone in order to get the promotion because the app now wanted me to pick it up tomorrow morning without any warning. Just give me a refund next time instead of destroying all my food.

First time at this Firehouse Subs and it was a pleasant experience. Upon waking in we were greeted by a very friendly chap before heading to make our order. It's cooked fresh and brought to table when ready. Everything is customisable, so don't worry about all the mustard, etc, in the subs. Coke Freestyle machine provides the drinks. Makes a pleasant change from Subway.

Love the staff here. Always friendly and helpful. They treat regulars like family and newcomers like friends. I've never ever had any gripes with anything about this location for years. The food is fantastic, the service is quick and precise & they always indulge my unhealthy obsession with pickles. It's definitely my go-to as of late for a quick, delicious bite!

We recently discovered just how good Firehouse is. We enjoyed the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub and they were great. The restaurant was busy but the staff handled the orders efficiently and we received just what we ordered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
