Firehouse Subs Sand Lake

At this store, I ordered an Italian sub, received an Italian meatball, when I went to the counter, she immediately held her phone up to continue her conversation, while she stared at me as I tried to explain. She did not give me the Italian sub that I ordered, she removed the cheese from the meatball. Awful experience at this firehouse.

we ordered box lunches for our training and Oh boy. that was terrible. absolutely tasteless. everyone had the same feedback!
It was my first time trying Firehouse and I dont understand how a business like this is still on the market. Publix and Jersey Mikes are incomparably BETTER.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your Firehouse Subs location on Sand Lake Road.
I arrived at the restaurant this evening at approximately 8:31 PM. I was not greeted upon entering. When I approached the counter, a female employee abruptly stated, “We’re closed.” I apologized and explained that I believed the store closed at 9:00 PM. She repeatedly responded, “We’re closed,” without further explanation.
After several exchanges, I was finally told that the register was not working and that they therefore had to close early. While I understand that technical issues can occur, the manner in which this situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. A simple explanation from the start and a courteous tone would have made a significant difference.
I have been a customer of Firehouse Subs for years and was disappointed by this experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service and communication at this location.

We ordered the Engineer. Minus the mushrooms. Sooo good we both thought it tasted so fresh and yummy. Staff was friendly & professional. We we’re gonna take out but decided to eat in. Thx

Great customer service.

We ordered a mobile pickup, two sandwiches. After picking up and taking the sandwiches home, we discovered all of my toppings were on the other sandwich. Neither orders were made correctly. I’d recommend ordering at the register or picking up elsewhere.

I ordered an online order late in the evening right as it switched to the next day pickup, and I had just arrived at the location. The owner personally called me moments after placing the order to confirm I meant to select the next day and called the store himself to ask the employees to please complete the order. I was very thankful for taking care of the order despite my error, and making sure to call me personally to confirm the changes. Great service all around and the sandwiches were delicious.

Small Spanish girl with ponytail is rude and likes to talk bad about Uber drivers.

This location tends to skimp on meat compared to other locations - been here quite a few times. Maybe they trying to save money? ?? Other than that I like Firehouse.
