Great customer service.

We ordered a mobile pickup, two sandwiches. After picking up and taking the sandwiches home, we discovered all of my toppings were on the other sandwich. Neither orders were made correctly. I’d recommend ordering at the register or picking up elsewhere.

I ordered an online order late in the evening right as it switched to the next day pickup, and I had just arrived at the location. The owner personally called me moments after placing the order to confirm I meant to select the next day and called the store himself to ask the employees to please complete the order. I was very thankful for taking care of the order despite my error, and making sure to call me personally to confirm the changes. Great service all around and the sandwiches were delicious.

Small Spanish girl with ponytail is rude and likes to talk bad about Uber drivers.

This location tends to skimp on meat compared to other locations - been here quite a few times. Maybe they trying to save money? ?? Other than that I like Firehouse.

While I was placing an order, dark skin male, whom I found out was the manager, was being incredibly rude to the workers there. There is a time and place to speak to your employees. You can tell this was not the first time due to the expressions on their faces. I will not return to that location again.

The food is delicious but I hate coming in here because the darkskin bald guy keeps starting arguments with his team. At first I thought it was friendly but it began to get more and more hostile. I been coming here for the past 2 years and I’ve never seen so much unprofessional behavior. But like I said the food is a 5 star but the atmosphere and service overall sucks.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. I have been a loyal firehouse customer for years & I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations, until tonight (March 2nd) We arrived to this firehouse location around 8pm (1 hour before closing) and the sign outside was turned off. My roommate and I walked into the location and said “hello”, we were not greeted with the original “Welcome to firehouse” from the 2 women behind the counter. When we proceed to the register, the cashier did not even say ONE WORD. Did not ask what I wanted, or if it was “for here or to go”. When my order was ready, she just threw it on the counter & said “order is ready”. Once opening the box, my sandwich was EXTREMELY SOGGY…. To the point, where I would pick it up and it just all fell apart. I approached the register once again, where the cashier was leaned over the counter, on her phone. I asked to please have my sub redone because it is very soggy and falling apart. All the cashier could say was “everything that you ordered is in there, and you got oil/vinegar” I explained to her that I’ve been coming to Firehouse for a very long time and my sub has NEVER been made so poorly and I will like it redone. The cook then proceeded to say “so you want it redone because it’s falling apart” & I informed her that was correct. It’s very disappointing that Firehouse is hiring employees with this horrible behavior and attitude. I will never be returning to this location and I would not recommend to anyone.

I have been coming to fire house for a very long time and every time has been amazing. On March 1st at 8 pm I came to this location which is my first time. The cashier and the cook were very rude from the start. The cashier didn’t say a word to us while taking our order. Then when they finished our subs they put it in a bag due to the cashier not even asking if it was for here or to go. I don’t know if they have control of the sign but it was off as well. The cashier instead of tending to the clients was more worried about her phone. My friends sub was the most soggiest sub we have ever had here at fire house. Then when she confronted the employees working here that night they got rude about why she wanted them to remake the sandwich. This was not what we expected from this place we love fire house. These two employees ruined that experience for us. If these employees don’t want to work here then they shouldn’t be working. Completely Disrespectful
