I haven’t been to Firehouse in probably 17 years until now. I sat a BOGO deal they had and tried it again. Now I remember why I haven’t been there in 17 years. The meat portions are to put it bluntly, CHEAP. I had the hook and ladder and could not taste any ham or turkey because there was hardly any on it. That’s why I go to Jersey Mikes or Publix. You can actually taste the meats.

Went there right about closing and that didn't make a difference. My subs were hot, fresh and delicious!!! But the star of the experience were DAYMA and DOM!!!! They both were just genuine, very kind, patient and welcomed you with a warm smile the minute you walked in, they simply couldn't do enough for you and was just lovely and their phenomenal customer service skills made all the difference! Firehouse Subs definitely has a gem with DAYMA and DOM!!! God bless you guys!!

I work right up the road and come to this location often. Usually everything is great, but the kid that took our order (he did not have a name tag on, tall lots of hair) had a nasty attitude for no reason, we approached the counter happy and smiling at him and he wanted to be anywhere but there. Adrian was next to him and started on our order right away, he was pleasant and friendly when we asked a question, he was happy to answer. Also, as we were eating, the tall kid began sweeping right next to us and even under my table/chair, it made me really uncomfortable and feel like dirt was flying everywhere into my food. The subs were great tasting. The drink machine mix was weird, not enough syrup. But we let them know as we left, so hopefully they were able to fix it.

Potato soup was AWFUL! Hardly any potatoes, and ordered bacon which was barely cooked. Extra $$ wasted. SUBS are good though!

I was really shy to come in but the male cashier was so polite (kind of the only one that was so welcoming to everyone, but post-COVID is still a process). He smiled at everyone and even brought orders to tables.I didn’t mind waiting during rush. I missed it here!

Had a wonderful chicken salad and a couple cookies and they were delicious. The subs, these are always delicious here and we love that they donate to our firefighters.
