Roosevelt and the rest of the FH Subs crew here are the best! Part of the reason I make this MY Firehouse Subs. And I live in ALTAMONTE. Since I work at the nearby resorts, this place is always clean, friendly and efficient!

I am from out of town and this has been the best firehouse subs experience I’ve ever had. I am kicking myself for throwing my receipt away as I’d like to mention the crew by name and I was not with it enough to read name tags. The quality of the food we received was above and beyond, packed with care and just amazing quality. Legit this may be the best side salad I’ve ever had from a fast food place and I feel like that is crazy to say. We ordered Togo at approx 6pm on Wednesday 10/9/25 if that helps pinpoint the crew members who helped us. Anyways, this was a great experience! I’m hoping that the locations in Oregon can replicate this experience and food quality when I visit firehouse in the future, thanks again!
