Very very slow service. It took nearly 30 minutes to have a single sub made. The lobby filled up after I ordered then this store gave priority to the food delivery services. Never coming back....

I have been to this Firehouse Subs many times because it’s close by. But now I go to the one off John Young Parkway 2 more miles away. The difference in the two locations is like night and day. This one on I-drive has horrible customer service. You walk in and stand there no now greets you and they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time to take your order. It’s basically a ghost kitchen for Togo orders I suspect for the Orlando Conference Center down the way. They do almost nothing in the way of customer service. Funny story we watched one of the workers attempt to clean the front door, he sprayed the door and wiped at it allowing the window cleaner to drip and streak all over the door making it look bad then walked away. They are horribly understaffed and you wait forever to get your food. Thee portion sizes vary so no quality control. Do yourself a favor drive another couple miles and get good service at the one on John Young Parkway.

I like firehouse and ill drive more just to avoid this store. Service and atmosphere are so bad. It mostly starts with the managers. For now ill spend more money in gas and time to just avoid this store. Hopefully the owners realize that this store is going downhill.

Lady who was taking my order was very rude and had rolled her eyes and made rude comments. she had me repeat my order 4 times and it had came out totally opposite of what i asked, nothing on it besides 3 pieces of meat so i asked them to remake it the way and came out the same way it first did, i asked for lettuce and she sarcastically handed my a big bowl of lettuce.worst service i’ve ever had.

When I walked in, the staff member rolled her eyes and didn't greet me, which made me feel unwelcome. A simple 'hello' goes a long way in customer service.I was unable to get the workers name. After I mentioned that my sandwich was wrong she remade it incorrect again. I asked for a side of lettuce for my sandwich, and instead, the staff sarcastically gave me an entire bowl. It felt mocking rather than helpful. I recommend no one ever comes to this firehouse EVER again.

Staff is slow and rude. Waited well over 30 min for a dine in sandwich and when I asked about it. The manager was rude and didn’t offer an apology and I feel stupid for giving a tip prior to service because quite frankly they didn’t deserve one.
