I like firehouse subs, I just wished I didn't have to go to this one. I order the same sub often but why does it taste different at times? Also, I thought the subs are toasted? Mine are never toasted. The staff couldn't care less. I walked in one day and music was blasting while they were jamming out, I'm like uh... Can it get some help. I get it, it's a low paying job, but you are working there, so please do you're job Not very efficient.
This location is also dirty. I'm going to have to stop going. I feel like the health inspector is paid off because it's always grimey. Tables sticky, bathrooms are wrecked.
Ok, with this review I'm def not going back. Other places for a mid level sub.

Absolutely overwhelmed with orders. I guess that's a good thing until it takes you 20 minutes to get your food. The staff was working hard, but there was a line outside, a line inside, and online orders coming in. A few people who came in just after me were still waiting on their orders When I had finished and was leaving.

I was shocked by the prices. A soda $4.10! So a 12pk would be $49.20!or 16OZ bottle water is $4.55 EACH!
I buy Sam's 40pk 16oz water for $3.98!
Somehow Firehouse thinks charging $182.00 for 40 bottles is OK??? I mean that's just blatantly ripping off customers.
There's a line we have to draw. Never again Firehouse. Burned the bridge.

Run down place. Toppings werent fresh and most of it was canned ones. The hot sauce bar was a good saviour from flavorless sandwiches

Please do not eat here if you are gluten free!!! I specifically said I had a gluten allergy and they were too busy talking while making my sandwich that they gave me normal bread! I usually don’t write negative reviews as I know eating out while being gluten free is always a risk, but they showed zero remorse at this place at all! Very disappointing!
