Please do not eat here if you are gluten free!!! I specifically said I had a gluten allergy and they were too busy talking while making my sandwich that they gave me normal bread! I usually don’t write negative reviews as I know eating out while being gluten free is always a risk, but they showed zero remorse at this place at all! Very disappointing!

The service by the worker there was great. He was kind and helpful, much more than the other workers there. But the five cheese Mac and cheese just tastes horrid, it tastes like it’s half a year past it’s expiration date then someone cooked it with hot farts. It’s bad, it almost made me throw up just tasting it, but it was worse later when I got home and all 5 old expired cheeses came a-knockin at the wrong side of my gullet.

I don’t know if it’s this location specifically but I’ve had numerous problems with this specific location before and do not recommend eating here. The staff was super rude. I was a regular customer with the same order every time just a plain sandwich meat cheese and bread. It is always a very simple order and these people always mess it up. It almost feels like they go out of their way at this point just to upset me. On top of that the last time I went I was extremely upset because when I tried to confirm with them that they indeed did make plain sandwiches she said, “ Oh no hold on.” and proceeded to OPEN UP MY SANDWICH BOX and pull out what they messed up and hand it back to me instead of making a brand new one! Then had the audacity to hand it to me and say, “ There now it’s plain.” They were super rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by giving them my business. Matter of fact when I placed the order for pick up the person on the phone wasn’t even listening to me, kept rushing me, and interrupting me. I will NEVER return to this location again. I’ve worked in customer service jobs before and I can tell you one thing for a fact. It’s one thing to make an honest mistake but it’s how you handle that mistake that can greatly impact a customers experience.

Recently ordered from them . My husband has celiacs and made it very clear even receipt say gluten free bun and allergy. When he got home and took a bite realized it was not gluten free bread ( they had put that on my sub) we immediately called there . Offered for us to go on line for a refund but girl who took called was rude and non caring about a serious allergy! I called back and ask for the manager and was just as rude as his team member. Be careful ordering from there if you have allergies because they do not take it serious and best they can do is offer refund not even an apology.

Came in today to get food. There were cockroaches on the floor. Flys surrounding me while I was ordering. Very disturbing and not clean at all. Most definitely not passing a health inspection.
