Soup and egg roll , nothing to complain about
Everything just great,and we came an hour before close,so happy with this place

They don’t hand over the orders to delivery drivers. We have to keep asking for a long time, explaining which order we’re supposed to pick up. They say it’s not ready, even though it’s sitting right behind them on the table. They tell us to wait, but then completely ignore us and simply forget about the delivery driver. We’re forced to come back many times to ask if the order is ready. This entire process causes major delays for delivery drivers, leading to a loss of income.

Well this is my first time. Seen some people complain about stupid things. I don’t have any complaints. Took my order quickly and correctly. Washed my hands sat down 2 mins later ( Less than 10 mins) had my order ready .
Walk to my truck. Took a bit or rice. Fresh very good!!! Took bite of chicken Wow!!! Amazing not to spicy just right!!

Food is good. Service is POOR. They forgot our large pepper steak and questioned us when we called to inform them, as if we had somehow misplaced a large container of pepper steak. They refused a partial refund and were unwilling to rectify the issue. The woman I spoke to suggested I make a 30+ minute drive up to pick it up directly at the restaurant. They were argumentative and defensive, offering no resolution. I am highly disappointed at their unwillingness to resolve their error, especially considering their food is alright.

I was really looking forward to my meal, but unfortunately, the food I received tasted noticeably stale — definitely not fresh. I’ve had Chinese food many times and know the difference between something that’s freshly made and something that’s been sitting too long or reheated.

I called the restaurant to politely voice my concern, but instead of listening or offering a solution, the owner essentially dismissed my feedback and implied I was lying. That kind of response is just as disappointing as the food itself.

I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect — especially when they’re bringing up a valid issue. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on both the quality of the food and the poor customer service.

Where to start.. I spent nearly 70.00 on my meal, Shrimp Lo mein spoiled within a few hours. Also, I ordered a mixed vegetable and when I got home it was all broccoli, I don't mind broccoli I like it but when you pay for something ESPECIALLY at that price you expect to get it. It just sucked spending that much money and not getting what you want. When I called them back to complain the girl was super rude and didn't want to take the blame. You Think when you spend that much money on a meal customer service will be a little better but it's not. I asked for some hot oil sauce and they only gave me one and when I asked for an extra they got pissy with me and told me I have to give them a 1.00 lol woww I spent so much money already and you can't just give me an extra sauce. Their prices have gone up and portions have gone down. Mind you I've been eating here for the past decade plus. My mother is a nurse at the hospital by their restaurant and that is how I discovered that place but I'll let her know and hopefully she'll tell her fellow nurses to stay away and to take their business somewhere else. This would be my first EVER online restaurant review smh

I ordered a special fried rice which supposed to come with all the meats and I just got a tiny piece of chicken and 2 small shrimp and a couple piece of pork! I just ate plain rice pues!
