5 star service for waitresses Jess! After a long 45 minutes wait for a table for 2, Jess service was great. On top of waiting long my order was wrong as well. However Jess once again was very concerned about it and fixed it up at the end. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location but Jess was very nice!!!

Very disappointing experience. I went with my service dog and from the very beginning the treatment was hostile. First, I asked for a cup of water for her because of the heat, and they told me she was not allowed to drink inside the establishment. The manager approached us in an unfriendly manner to repeat the rules without showing any empathy. On top of that, service was extremely slow and, when they finally came, it was only to tell us that the dog had to stay under the table.
Nowadays, most places are welcoming and respectful towards service animals, but here it was the opposite: unfriendly attitude, slow service, and little hospitality. I do not recommend this place if you value good treatment and a pleasant atmosphere.

When someone place an order for a specific time, they expect to pick it up at that time. Especially when the order was placed at 7:30am and picked up at 9:15am. The manager didn’t understand how that works. It was ready at 9:45am. No sorry from the manager only excuses, not sure how someone with his talent can manage, smh
