we had asmall table near the window, looking out on the front of the restaurant . unfortunately had some little crazy ants running up and down The window sill! Definitely would have been more comfortable if our waitress had been a little more friendly!

Our waiter Christopher was very impatient. It seemed he was not at all interested in serving the day we came in. Maybe a bad day !! Don’t know. I asked for a change in waiter and the manager Brittney was wonderful. Would come back.

This was my second time having breakfast here and I couldn't have picked a better place. The servers were friendly and attentive. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend this place for breakfast!

Decent breakfast spot. Portion sizes are HUGE and plates can easily be shareable. This place gets packed for breakfast and brunch on Sundays so come a bit early. Service could be improved.

The food was just ok, hubbs had the jalapeno bacon egg croissant with potatoes and I had the turkey sandwich with grits ( I am not a breakfast food person). I did try a piece of the croissant and it was good but tasted like a mcgriddle and was very messy and sticky. He did like the potatoes. My sandwich was not toasted as it described just regular white bread with hard edges but the turkey was good and the greens were fresh I wish there was more avacado but it was ok. The grits were thick and wayyy too much butter, they should probably warn you about it or put it on the side, def throw some salt and pepper on them.. last but not least the service, it was horrible. I am not sure if the server was upset that we asked for a booth ( my husband has rods and it's just more comfortable for him versus the dining room chairs) but he was very dismissive and rushed, he did not bring our food out someone else did, he checked on us once. I had to flag him down for a straw and when he brought it it tossed it from the back of my bench into the table, I asked for napkins, because all you get is the one your silverware is wrapped in, and we never got them, meanwhile my husbands fingers were full of syrup. We watched him walk around and up front taking to the hosts, he never asked if we needed a Togo we had to get it when we paid the bill.. my husband is a very generous tipper, more generous than me and I was a sever for over 10 years, but he only tipped a third if what he would have. We may try another location where we live but for a first time ever at a first watch, this one was not it.

A good brunch place. Heavy on the college-age crowd. Pleasant staff and good breakfast food. They serve lunch items, but I always have breakfast 😁

Besides the fact this is so close to UCF and we take our daughter here for breakfast/brunch when we visit, the food is absolutely delicious. They offer anything from classic eggs and toast. French toast to very healthy options. It is a must do for us every visit. Friendly and efficient staff too.

Breakfast tacos were ok. We tried both types. The tortillas were soggy, however. Tomato soup and sandwich combo was very good. Asked for blackberry tea and specifically asked if it was unsweetened and the waiter said “I can make it unsweetened”. He later clarified after I switched my tea with my daughter’s coffee bc it was sweet that they can use unsweet tea but they use blackberry syrup. My husband’s dish… well I’ll let him speak for himself. He never writes reviews: orders the biscuits and gravy. Ordered eggs over easy. Came out over hard— stiff. Sausage gravy was very thin and a weird glossy pale tan color.. what one imagines they served in steerage on a ship crossing the Atlantic in the 1890’s. Expectations not met. Potatoes were good. Nice and crispy.
