First Watch - Waterford Lakes

The service is always amazing and food is fresh and delicious. I have yet to find a First Watch that I was not pleased with.

Had a caterpillar alive crawling on my salad and the manager never came to apologize for it. The server was nice but the only explanation we got is that “it’s normal it can happen with organic food”. That just sounded like a “sucks to be you” kind of explanation. I had to be the one to say that the food should not be charged but no manager ever came by at any point to even acknowledge what happened.

Small portions and lengthy waits, but clean and nice inside. Not a great value.

I went to First Watch with 3 girlfriends. That was the best part of my day! It took no time to be seated, but it took at least 14 minutes for anyone to wait on us after we were seated! It took at least 10 minutes after that just to receive water! My 3 friends were served their meals while my order took 5 more minutes to be delivered. The 2 scrambled eggs were steamy hot and very good. The bacon was good. The single pancake was cold. It took 10 more minutes to receive a hot pancake. Our server, Makaleya, was not friendly at all. I always leave at least a 20% tip. But not today. There are many other breakfast restaurants that I enjoy that are close by. I will skip this First Watch in the future!!

2 hours breakfast.
Kept forgetting us and our drinks, my omelet had the works, all cold inside. Was getting a check before guests on my table were still eating.
Men's room needed atención. One young lady was trying to help staff and was running food, drinks, packing food as much as possible.
This location is not ready for large crowds.

Very cute breakfast/ brunch spot for friends and families. I loved the pumpkin donut holes, and waffle was amazing, and I also had the barbacoa bowl that was very flavorful and warming, but I don’t care much for all the black beans it came with. I’ll definitely come back to try some other dishes that were calling my name!

Fantastic service and great food! The Manager (Terence) is running a tight ship and has everything operating smoothly even on a busy Sunday like today. I recommend the Waterford Lakes location to anyone. Enjoy!

Daniela, our host when we walked in was amazing! She said it was only her second week, and we could not tell with how much she helped us compared to everyone else. When we were sat, it took 5-10 minutes for anybody to greet us and a server only came up to us after we got his attention to say we hadn’t been helped. Multiple servers were looking at us and kept walking. The service overall was slow, unfriendly, and non-accommodating, so Daniela is a much needed addition to the staff. The food was good though! I think our server was just having a bad day, we gathered through murmurings that he wasn’t supposed to close but ended up having to, and as a sever, that would also put me in a bad mood.

Everything was nice. New fall menu came out today. Try the pumpkin donut holes! I liked the chocolate dipping sauce, wife liked the blueberry sauce. But we both got a healthier main. Wife recommends the Tri-Athelete and the Power Wrap.

The food was amazing. Please ensure you arrive early or call in for a reservation, this place fills up very thickly. Our service was good, our waitress got our orders right and she was kind. I will say though, it was a surprise to us that coffee was not included with breakfast/brunch. This was our first time at First Watch and being accustomed to other breakfast diners, typically coffee is included with your meal. Not here. You are charged for each individual cup. I wish we would have known this prior to being served.
A plus: part of our party’s order was unable to be fulfilled as the kitchen ran out of what they ordered. We were given a gift card and the item removed from our bill.
