I frequent fishbones up on 46A quite a bit, I'm a food connoisseur, I'm a certified chef, I ran a four-star restaurant for 15 years so I know a lot about food, this restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in Central Florida if not the very best one, The staff there is amazing I became fairly good friends with Michelle who's a fabulous hostess and I highly recommend this restaurant whether you have a taste for a great steak the seafood there is excellent they have an array of a lot of different things and everything they do there is perfect, bravo fishbones keep up the good job

Four of us are on vacation from Toronto Ontario Canada we had been told by family here in Florida that we had to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The service was great we had a very accommodating waiter the food was delicious and well presented. I would highly recommend the pork chop!. And the price for everything was very reasonable. Thankyou for making our dining experience enjoyable we may try and get back before we leave. And a big thankyou to the hostess at the desk for calling a cab for us during a terrible rain storm.

My Mom, Son and I had dinner there last evening. The over all appearance of the restaurant and staff was pleasing. Our seasoned weight staff was Danny very staunch but friendly he was training a very debonair young man by the name of Dylan. These gentlemen were great. One other gentleman I would like to give accolades to is Sean he was told that we were using sign language at our table he kindly came to our table and signed enjoy your dinner. My mom was so pleasantly surprised and to tell by his fluency that he was involved with Deaf. I ordered the chef's combo fried shrimp and chicken breast . Living across the river from Mayport, Fl. I am accustomed to shrimp fresh off the boat I was very disappointed in the shrimp I was served it reminded me of the sea pack frozen shrimp. :( The chicken breast was moist :) Mom ordered the halibut with a truffle sauce it was excellent! My son had a 16 ounce steak. It was cooked to perfection. Wasn't worth the $$$

We had a table for 6 and our server Devon, was wonderful. He had lots of personality, energy, and is knowledgeable and cares about his table guests. He did a great job of serving us. The managers also did an awesome job. One of us had food allergies (oh wait, that was me!) and the server and manager both bent over backwards to accommodate, which was highly appreciated. Three of us ordered the Faroe Islands salmon and it was delicious. Two guests had beef and they were very pleased and the other guest had shrimp scampi. Everyone was happy! There are some very good wine selections and some are of a good value for ordering at a restaurant. We look forward to returning.

Unfortunately, FishBones hasn't gotten on the program of separate checks for parties of 8 or more. While I certainly understand it is their choice to do so, many other restaurants of the same caliber are on separate checks for larger parties.

This place was A1! I had the Seabass with asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes. The manager Michelle was very friendly. Also, it is Stone crab season so we had Stone crab. It was my first time. Amazing!

Excellent restaurant , i made a reservation for my 1 year anniversary and they decorated my table with flowers and champagne ?. Food was very good. I will definitely come back.

The location on Sand Lake is closed so I started going to the one in Lake Mary. You will see pictures from both places in this review. Never had an issue when I dine here. The servers are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The FB on Sandlake has a Florida Key West feel to it, the one in Lake Mary is a sophisticated aquarium. Very nice..?❤️❤️

Whenever we are in Lake Mary Florida area we make FishBones a must stop. The food is always cooked and flavored to perfection. The Mgr. Matt Howell always makes you feel at home as he roams the restaurant Our Bar person was Chris Hand, he has the perfect personality for this job. He is outgoing and makes great cocktails. He is easy to engage in conversation as he takes care of the whole bar area. Back to Mgr. Matt, he runs the place with a friendly atmosphere and he staff is polite and professional..
