Participating in the Disney College Program, I found Fitlife Foods to be incredibly helpful. Many nights, I relied on frozen meals, fast food, or sometimes skipped meals entirely due to my limited time. The wide variety of choices, delivery to my apartment complex, the tasty meals, and the amazing customer service are reasons why I recommend any DCP participant to sign up for a subscription. The only reason I am canceling my subscription is that I am returning home to Pennsylvania. Thank you Fitlife for helping make my program easier. I will miss getting my Fitlife Food weekly.
Dietary restrictions: I have a peanut and tree nut allergy, so I appreciate them having easy-to-read labels so that I can choose the best meals for me.

I recently discovered Fitlife food while searching for specific food prep options. Not only did they have the food I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly pleased with the customer service and wealth of knowledge on my desired weight goal. On my initial consultation, Vivian was very attentive to my specific goals, she is great with recommending new foods for me to try and flexible if I want to change something on my meal plan. I have been going to FitLife Foods since mid-2022 (brief hiatus when we moved out of state) and absolutely love it! The food is always very high quality and the constant variety is nice. I have worked both Gabby and Vivian for help with my nutrition and both were extremely knowledgeable and helped me achieve and maintain my goals. The other staff are also always welcoming and helpful and remember you by name which is great. Definitely worth trying out!

I ordered food from them ans they give you a 9 hour window for delivery and the food is only supposed to keep good for 3 hrs. They do not inform you of any of this.

The fact that you can pickup the meals from an in store location makes the meal seem much fresher and also way less packaging waste. I also like how they offer various portion sizes. The place is very clean and the staff is awesome, especially Gabby!
