It's always has dirty tables the young staff don't know about customer service/ greeting the customer, cold service plus for $45 FOR two burgers & lg fries definitely not worth it.

I enjoy how nub is gluten free there but the workers don't even know WHAT gluten is, and what is and isn't gluten free. In my opinion if you're a company that advertises having lots of gluten free options, you should at least TRAIN your workers and INFORM them of what gluten is. NO DISRESPECT to the workers, this is an issue with managements training, not the employees.

Delivery. . When the restaurant can not keep up the uber app should be turned OFF!!!!! DRIVERS are not to wait more than 10min.... tips suffer because of this and uber wants us to cancel after 10min. The restaurant gets paid. Uber gets paid and the driver suffers. Milkshake was made and then the food came 10min later... time management!!!!

I love Five guys🤤, every time I go to the movie theater in that area I have to stop there. The best part is that if you trying to eat healthy you don’t have to eat the bun you can order your burgers with lettuce wrap so yummy. 😋
For the price of the burgers it really should include fries. But the food and service was excellent

Pay your employees better or something. I'm tired of them forgetting to make my order. Every time I come to this location it's always problems. $20 burgers and you either can't train or pay competent people.
Oh my god this was the best Five Guys in all of Florida. The service was so quick and the food was yummier than it looked on the menu. Everything was super cheap for what you get. Thank you❤️❤️

The patty tasted like a wet sponge that sat near beef. The fries were SUPER bitter, I cannot get the tang out of my mouth no matter how much Pepsi I drink. Mourning my $32. I don't know what went wrong but we are disgusted to be honest.

The food is always phenomenal at 5 Guys, but com'on man.... $35 for 2 burgers (one with 2 patties), reg fry, and reg drink. Your prices are crap, but your food is great. Would come here way more if your prices were reasonable.
