TODAY. I walked into Five Guys at 11:10 in the morning and sat at a table. An employee asked me what I wanted. I said I would wait. She told me I had to buy something to drink or eat, otherwise I couldn’t sit there. I said I was just going to wait. She said if I didn’t buy anything, I would have to leave. Isn’t that strange? I don’t understand why this lady didn’t want me to sit there. Maybe I was going to get something to eat or drink. It’s not like I was going to sit there for hours. Can’t I decide for myself whether I want to eat or drink something? Do I have to immediately buy something just to be allowed to sit? I believe this employee treated me unfairly, and I disapprove of her behavior.

Exactly what you’d expect of Five Guys - The golden standard of burgers
Good burger, regular taste.
The fries amazing.
Their milkshake is good.
Recommend it in case if you are in hurry and not looking for a complicated burger.
Price, normal.
Thanks for the team, was friendly.
Great food loved the fries great service
Five Guys is one of my favorite places for having a juicy and delicious double-bacon cheeseburger. I love their add-ons. The staff is always helpful and friendly no matter which location I visit. Altogether, I enjoy their fresh peanuts and usually take some home. They’re never ending and delightful!
The food was good! I've been a customer for many years! However, the cashier who worked Dec. 5 around 12 PM. was very rude and unprofessional. She should be on a burger or fry assignment, not greeting customers. She yells at other associates and has no tact. Please remove her from the register. She's bad for business. I plan on never revisiting that particular location.
Good people and well kept

They didn't have a lot of the main food on from their menu, and the service was poor, the employee instead of interacting and letting you know they were out of a few stuff, the employee would just look at you at the register looking at the menu and everytime I try to order something she would just say we are out. (Just let me know what it's left, and save us both some time.)

I give this Five Guys Store 1838 in Orlando 5 stars all because of Chanell's efforts to keep the restaurant going. I hope the owners read this and take heed quickly. She literally was a 1 person operation working diligently to uphold the Five Guys reputation. And doing a very good job.
Being the only person behind the counter, she was pleasantly friendly taking our order. She cooked our food, double checking condiments we wanted. Burgers and fries were hot. And most of all the timeliness of the order was amazing given the circumstances.
Another employee showed up later behind the counter, I choose not to comment. I really hope the owners address this situation before they lose the glue holding their franchise together. Thank you Chanell gor a delightful lunch! Best wishes.

Overpriced
Well everyone, if you like a very tasty burger, with a melting delicious cheese on it, inside a great bread, you got it. This place have a great burger. Besides a ton of French fries. And I mean a ton. Never order the large fries. Not even if you hungry.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I had the absolute worst experience at the Five Guys in Orlando. The staff here is incredibly rude, racist, and downright obnoxious. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. The manager, in particular, was shockingly unprofessional and treated customers with utter disdain. Any request, no matter how simple, seemed to annoy them to no end.
Being in a city as tourist-friendly as Orlando, it's outrageous that such behavior is tolerated. The manager's racist attitude is completely unacceptable, and it's appalling that someone like this is allowed to work in such a diverse and vibrant community. I will never return to this location, and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well.
This kind of treatment should not be tolerated anywhere, especially not in a city that prides itself on welcoming visitors from all over the world.
