It took a long time to prepare, there was no bacon, we bought several sandwiches and they didn't have a good presentation on the packaging; However, the sandwich is very good.Strange looking fries, seemed burnt and very salty.A shame for its reputation.

My review is based on comparison to the default California in-n-out burger, which I pay $10 for (double-double, fries, drink). Compared to this the 5 guys burger tastes similar. Fries are not as good as the in-n-out fries and the price is 26$. Plus In-n-out will not beg you for a tip - this is not true at five guys since the margins are so low that they don't have money to pay their employees.

One of the female employees that closed today 12/26/23 was extremely rude and I heard her say very quietly to the other employees I want to get out of here so I'm going to start saying we ran out of stuff. To the owner of the franchise your employees are making you lose money at the end of the day.

One of the best fast foods available. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with two burgers, it was totally worth it. An important detail is that you can choose as many toppings as you want (additional ones) without paying extra, in addition, a good tip is to order a medium potato for just two people (they take great care when serving, throwing a lot more in the bag).
