Asked for Cajun fries, got regular fries. Asked for sprite, got water. Asked for Jalapenos, got pickles. Thanks⊠wouldnât really mind if it was McDonaldâs or some other fast food joint but when you spend $45 on food youâd like it to be correct.

I ordered two burgers and the bread was like eating a toast and meat was overcooked. I decided not to make a complain as I was with a newborn and wanted to eat something fast and go home and quick as possible.

Was harassed by a male employee while sitting down in front of the food court. He went up to me and repeatedly said âthe manager at five guys wants youâ and I ignored him and asked him to leave me alone. I didnât order from here or anything was just waiting for my friends and this sexual harassment is not okay to a young woman!

I am not the biggest fan of five guys do to the price, however on my trip to the mall I stopped to get a quick bite to eat and a milkshake. I've never had such spectacular service. Team Member Chris truly made my day with his positive attitude and swift service. The food was average but the milkshake was really sweet and satisfied my sweet tooth. again I'd like to highlight Chris and I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves!!
