This has become one of our "go-to" eating establishments when visiting Orlando.
Staff were friendly and professional. Ordering process was easy and the wait time was slightly less that other 5 GUYS locations ive been to.
This order was to-go but everything was still hot and fresh when I got back to my hotel.
I can't say enough positive this about this establishment.
An added bonus was this location was just down the street from out hotel.

Worst Five Guys I've ever been to in my life, it took them a long time to make our order even though the store was empty, the employee laughed at my uncle because he didn't know how to speak English and the place was not very clean.

My boyfriend left his bag there on january 22 2025. We were the last people there, we saw the employees locking the doors even, when he went there again the next day at 11 (opening hours), the bag was nowhere to be found. The only ones who could have taken the bag are the ones who were working there. We are going to take this to the police.
