I had a terrible time tonight for the Brazilian event the vip staff was so bad along with the manager Jordan. Not helpful at all and very dismissive won’t be back!

Had a reservation which was confirmed by both email and text only to show up to locked doors and what looked to be a closed business. Really wish they would update their info online if they are not going to be open.

The security guard there was rude. Asking me to move when I was already oresssed agains the VIP section. I paid good money to come see green velvet I should be treated well. I came early and was at the front, pretty much at the wall of the dj booth. I constantly had to get into arguments with people trying to take the little space I had. I know it’s a show and it’ll happen but should I be arguing with staff and guest ? No one tried to prevent people forcing their way into my space. Do better Fixtion.

The food here was absolutely phenomenal. The truffle fries and house made ranch was my absolute favorite!!!
However, the service was sooooooo slow!! I mean the place was empty and we couldn’t even get our drinks in a timely matter. The people are nice but it made no sense to be this slow when there’s only 1 other SMALL table and literally 3 people at the bar.
I’m giving this one star due to the lack of acknowledgment during our visit. We came before a concert, it was completely empty. We sat at our table reviewing the menu, ready to order, but were never greeted or approached by any staff. Waited over 10 mins and got up and left. No one looked our way once.
