First impression, last impression. The server employee was very nice, however, her supervisor with short hair was very rude. If a customer asks for a different badge of steak other than what's left on the line, your response shouldn't be one with an attitude. So simple, I desire a new badge even if you are stating it's from the same badge. There are a lot of different restaurants that will appreciate my business.

I bought two pizza empanads without pizza

I didn't like that the omlette didn't cook the vegetables and they chopped them very large, the egg was tasteless, the toast was hard on one side, the home fries were greasy although they tasted good. They also serve as takeaway even if you eat here.

One positive thing is the taste of the food, it is good; But everything that has to do with baking has a problem: you have to eat it the day you buy it, since both the bread and the sweets, the next day, are like a shoe sole. I have bought other breads and sweets that stay fresh up to two days later, but these get hard. And finally, we have the problem of cashiers and tips; This is an endless problem... If you pay with a card, the first thing I will tell you is that the price increases, and to that add that, even though they say it is not mandatory, if you do not leave a tip you are going to feel the look and the hostile attitude of the person behind the counter because you did not leave a tip. They don't even bring anything to the table, but even for a pound of bread they give you the option of leaving a tip, and that is not good and becomes annoying; not for giving money, but because the tip is given if they give you complete service, and not for giving you items that are behind the counter and one cannot take.

Friendly employees. I asked for a simple ham egg and cheese sandwich with salad. Which I asked to be toasted, but it was served cold. For desert, I got a cheese and guava quesito that only had guava at each end just for show because there was no guava in the center of the pastry. I felt robbed. Shame on you FL Bakery. Dropping the ball in the most simple things.

Staff is busy getting day ready at 0500am Ordered an egg wrap with veggies for my way to work. I was the only customer in facility at 0536am Waited over 20min for comida. Had to leave without order to beat traffic. Maybe next time I'll go when I'm off work.

I have been a customer of FL bakery for the past 5 years and at first I LOVED it! Especially the water bread. If you wanted quality bread and with that PR flavor you had to go to FL bakery. I don't know what happened with the bread recipe but after that they already have it for $4.00 a pound. If it's quality I don't mind paying but it's been a year since the bread is not the same. I came from Orlando to buy bread and I'm thinking about not returning. The bread is always old, hard, falls into pieces and doesn't taste the same either. This is a call to the owners to do something to fix this problem and continue to have the success they have until now.
