By far one of the worst Nigerian food I've had home and abroad. How are they still open? Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews b4 coming. It also seems like those who fall prey are non-residents. But in the spirit of giving constructive feedback, if the owners are reading this, a few things are none compromisable in the food business 1. Food Quality - They need to change who ever cooks cos the food lacks taste (in some cases too salty) and have no flavor (ironic that's the name of the restaurant). Also the food has to be fresh and not stale or premade meals. 2. Customer service - this is the lifewire of any enterprise. That needs to improve significantly. 3. Pricing - You can't have premium pricing for crappy food...

This Nigerian restaurant did not disappoint me and my family. We came to FL for vacation and my wife is a very good so if we have to eat out it has to be on par. Well Joyce our host/server did an excellent job in taking care of us at this restaurant. She gave us options for what to get for the kids and she was very hopitable and professional. The food came out on time, hot and fresh. I rate it a 4/5 for like I said it will be really hard for any restaurant to top my wife's delicious cooking. I will highly recommend for anyone that wants a good taste of delicious Nigerian food. And an atmosphere where you feel like you in Nigeria with the loud voices of other Nigerian guest around. That's just how we roll!!!

Terrible place, very duty and smelling restaurant. Terrible and tasteless food, I bought gbegiri and amala for $28, I almost throw up eating 3-4 wraps of the amala, the fish was bad, the staff lacks good customer service skills, they can’t communicate the basis. It is totally waste of time and money. I HATE WRITING REVIEWS BUT I HAVE TO DO THIS BECAUSE I AM PAINED.

Bathroom was not cleaned. And the food was so salty with Maggi and salt. Jollof was too smoky. Since today is my first trying Nigerian jollof and pounded yam with Egushi. We did not like it all. I came in for the Amala and Ewedu. But I was disappointed with it. I had to go for whatever was there. And it wasn’t even up to my expectations.

I was visiting Orlando on vacation and wanted to try some African food, so I decided to order Egusi. While I appreciate the effort and love that goes into making traditional dishes, my experience wasn’t quite what I hoped for. The fish didn’t taste fresh, and the egusi was a bit too salty for my liking.

I work in the restaurant inspection industry, so I can usually tell when food is freshly prepared. I truly believe this restaurant has great potential, especially since there aren’t many African dining options in Orlando. Freshly cooked, made-to-order meals could really help them stand out and shine.

I thought about whether or not to share this, but honest feedback is important. It gives the owner valuable insight on what could be improved so the restaurant can reach its fullest potential.

I had a great time at Flavors Nigerian Kitchen in Orlando. I ordered white rice with stew and it was delicious. The stew was full of bold Nigerian flavor. I also had fried plantains—they were sweet and crispy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant felt warm and homey. If you want real Nigerian food in Orlando, try this place. I’ll definitely go back again!

It was a great experience, the food was very flavourful, decent portion size expect the sauce was too small for the size of Amala and Pounded yam served.

The first sign that this was a good place to eat was the flood of Nigerians coming and going to pick up food items from the restaurant. The menu items were explained to us by a kid (the owner's child), but his recommendations and explanations were great. The food was fantastic. This unassuming restaurant was a must try place, go back for more.
