Twistee Treat of I-Drive

I ordered the Dubai Chocolate! It was delicious! The staff very friendly delivered my order on time and the place is well kept and clean! I totally recommend coming to get your sweet treat when in Orlando!!! The pictures cannot make justice because I just indulged in my Saturday night treat before I took the picture!

This was honestly one of the best Ice creams I’ve ever had I got the cookie and KitKats ice cream sandwich which was made beautifully it was so beautiful it almost made me break with my girlfriend who you wouldn’t know she goes to a different school

This isn’t the same as other twistee treats as stated by worker . Since it is privately owned. Therefore, it’s double the price & ice cream tastes different . Off to the other location which is much better in pricing and discounts that is usually offered by this company is at the next location! Hope this helps the next person going with their family !

Great Place!! We went last night Menu is variable, It's really a lot of choices to get and also the Chocolate Dubai cup which was super delicious, we also got the movie madness wonderful, customer service was amazing, the service was fast and very friendly. We really had a good time

I went with my family to get ice cream. Apparently I confused “twister” with “twirl” so when I asked if we could fix it, the owner “Yari” said she couldn’t fix it because that’s what I said I wanted. I told her it was a honest mistake and had confused the names. She still refused to fix it and kept saying it was my fault. Bad business…HORRIBLE SERVICE

Happy customer service and absolutely delicious ice cream! All 3 people in our party ordered something different and all 3 were convinced we'd ordered the best. My Caramel Fiesta was huge, and I ate the whole thing. That's so unlike me, but it was just that good!!! Outdoor seating only.

I am so sad that I can’t remember the young lady’s name who worked on 9/4/25. When I walked up with a group of 9 people, she kept smiling, made great recommendations, and absolutely knocked it out of the park! She wrapped up with us and immediately jumped in to help the next guest. Job well done! 😊👏

I came to Twistee treat in I drive to try some new flavors since I’ve never been to twistee treat before so I arrive there before and everything was great and the ice cream was tasty. But on Sept 6th 2025 at 4:20pm this employee did not give me what I asked for it was sloppy and and not presentable and when she still handed it to me I got distracted on my phone and as soon as I looked at it the cup was not filled with the three scoops I asked her, but instead I saw two but I barely got a good decent scoop. And I thought that could get three scoops which she said yes too that I can get three scoop so I’m not sure why I’ve been lied to because when I looked at it closely she had already closed the window and disappeared. I knocked on the window like 5 times waiting patiently. I was not satisfied at all and for someone to give you a crappy scoop is insane. So I left the ice cream at the window and when to my car. I decided to go to the other twistee treat and I asked about the three scoops and she said no that they don’t do three scoops only two for the size of the cup or something, I’m not really sure. But at least she clarified it and now I won’t be asking for three scoop if it’s not allowed, 🙄 I think got scammed I guess, I thought I was paying for three scoops and the whole time I thought I had three scoops of ice cream. So I payed more for the ice cream even though it was for two???

Single scoop sundae $11 the worst serving at a Twistee in all of orlando. Was to go and I got this in a cheap plastic cup no lid :) twistee treat ocoee is the best don’t even come to this one

Had a horrible experience. The girl taking orders today was extremely rude and just plain disrespectful. I ordered a dirt cup, small vanilla cone, medium vanilla ice cream, and a brownie Sunday cup. I asked for everything to be vanilla. When I received my order the lady handed me a chocolate dirt cup. I told her “maam this is supposed to be vanilla can I please get it remade” you would have thought I told her something awful. She had such an attitude told me they don’t make that in vanilla and if I get it changed she will have to throw it away and it’s gonna come out of her pocket. I literally had to ask her multiple times to change it out because I ordered vanilla at the front window. Everything in my order was vanilla.. Just honestly plain disrespectful. I told her if I could get her name and she yelled at me “what for” and I told her “so I can write a review?”. The other young Spanish girl from the back came out and asked me again if vanilla is what I ordered to begin with and I told her again yes. Again I asked her for the other girls name so I can leave a review and she wouldn’t give it to me either they just both started talking crap about me in Spanish
. All I can say is it was the woman who took orderes at the front. Terrible attitude talked crap about me in Spanish. All because I asked her to remake an ice cream she made with the wrong flavor.
This order took place on 7/23/25 at 8:45pm. Ordered 4 items. I would upload my receipt but she wouldn’t give me that either.

Delicious soft serve, where the small cone looks like a large!
