Had a bite with my Resy Credit here during my last visit to Epic Universe. Such an awesome place. I made a reservation for lunch, but didn't have to. I was in and out in less than an hour. A great way to rest in between riding the rides. If I went any other place at Epic, I would have waited in line fora min of 30 mins, and then, probably won't find any seating, had to scarf down food sitting on the floor like a vagrant. So having this restaurant is a blessing.

The options and food are not good at all. Very disappointing after spending $1000.00 a night and this is the main restaurant. We literally didn’t finish our food and left for upstairs. They need another restaurant either American or Italian or something but this isn’t it by far.

We recently dined at Café L’air De La Sirène and ordered the Baguette Ratatouille Provençale (with gluten-free bread), along with a few other items. The food itself was delicious — beautifully presented and flavorful — but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service we received from ****Jason****.
Our order took longer than expected, and several other tables were served before us. When I inquired, Jason explained with complete professionalism that gluten-free meals are carefully prepared in a separate area to avoid any cross-contamination — something I deeply appreciate. He not only handled the situation with grace and transparency but went above and beyond by bringing us two complimentary desserts from the chef: a Crème Brûlée (his recommendation — absolutely world-class) and a Crêpe Buttercream, both of which were outstanding.
Jason’s calm, courteous, and guest-focused approach turned what could have been a frustrating wait into one of the most memorable dining experiences of our visit. His professionalism and thoughtfulness truly reflect the best of Universal’s hospitality standards.

Loved their mazze trio with house made pita. Ora king salmon was a perfect blend with broccolini and citrus touch. Great service and clean ambiance. Followed it with terrace top bar for that special touch with view and dessert…the special service for celebration was heart warming. Ty staff. Will be back 🥂

We had a great meal here. Portion sizes were huge and great for family style. Prices were reasonable (but I’m used to Los Angeles prices). Can’t beat the ambience. Best part was our server. i wish I remembered her name but she was Brazilian. She was so kind and attentive. She made us want to come back again.

I had the branzino which came in at $62 and was really tasty, it was mostly boneless and easy to eat and the charcoaled element gave it an edge. The restaurant can be quite dark so will need to use your phone light for menu reading. We sat outside and while the nice views were cool the restaurant & theme park music clashed in the exterior (please just keep the park music). Overall, service/food/ambience was top notch and we'd say this is Grand Helios best dining area.

Excellent service! The food was great, with excellent quality meat and flavors. Our waitress Dina and the host Ashanty went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience. The restaurant is spacious, with a fresh and sophisticated design that made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We will definitely be going back, and we highly recommend it. We have been to Orlando several times, and this was probably one of our best dining experiences.

My wife and I came here for our 10-year anniversary. Everything was amazing, from the service, to the food, and the atmosphere. Our server, Adrienne, remembered our name and asked how we were doing every time she came over to the table, by name, which was an awesome and personal touch. The food was also amazing, the portion sizes were generous and the gyros were amazing!
