Waited in line longer than it took Harry to find the Chamber of Secrets, but the ice cream? Pure magic. Would do it again 10/10
I was looking for an ice cream and GPS brought to Universal studios. You can’t get it unless you paid for a ticket. 🙄😮
Nice ice cream overshadowed by lack of staff or their interest to serve you quickly. Spent longer waiting for ice cream than some of the rides…
Seriously Universal, how about more employees here and maybe with a friendly demeanor. The ones here are obviously not wanting to be here. I’ve been in the queue over 20 minutes and not one has even attempted to smile at a guest! SMH!!!!
My favorite is the Strawberry Peanut Butter Sundae! Delicious, and the only way to make it better would be to offer peanut butter sauce as a topping!
I wish they had a trade in policy or alternative to the commemorative dish. I have a collection of them now.
The icecream here was absolutely delicious and much needed on this 98° day! I opted for the vanilla waffle cone and my friends got the butterbear cone and cup. I would definitely try this icecream again!
Worst Ice cream ever. Terrible customer service.
Talk about flavors you will never forget. I had butter beer ice cream alone, then I had it with chocolate chips. This ice cream dripped on my hands and I damn near licked my skin off.
I give this place 55 stars, yes fifty five, they don't need 32 flavors to win you over and if they had 32 flavors you wouldn't be able to handle them all.
On July 7th I don’t remember the exact time , but I’ll say around lunch time 12/1 I wish I would have noticed her name . Me and my family tried ice cream from this place even though the ice cream was decent the service was terrible . It was a black young lady helping us and her attitude screamed I don’t want to be here or do I want to be bothered. Being first time customers of course we’re going to take a sec to think about what we want . My fiancé decided to change his choice mind you she hasn’t gotten to his ice cream yet. She said rudely “move the line forward” I just went up because when someone has anything they can do something nasty to I tend to let it slide . She needs a attitude adjustment nobody asked her to be there.
Great way to cool off on a hot Florida day! Fantastic flavors soft served and hard-packed ice-cream in your choice of a cup, waffle-cone, or fancy souvenir long-stem cup.

Last night I had the pleasure of visiting this location. I'd never tried Earl Grey Lavender ice cream before and asked for a sample. Although they do not typically give samples, a young man named Devarious (I believe) prepped a sample for me because he really wanted me to try it. Although I went with the banana chocolate cone, had I tasted the sample first, I would've definitely gotten that. I hope that someone there reads this review and shares. That young man's kindness made my day.
Chocolate chili 🥴 all ice creams so mediocre
This cute ice cream shop is in the Harry Potter area at Universal Studios Orlando, right in front of the fire-breathing dragon. There’s usually a line outside, so it’s easy to find🍨
It was super hot out, so I tried the Butterbeer ice cream and it was so good! The flavor, combined with the whole Harry Potter atmosphere, made it even more enjoyable. They also have classic ice cream flavors and sundaes if you want something more traditional.
Good ice cream, but high prices and SUPER SLOW service... it seriously takes forever just to spend a small fortune on an ice cream cone.
The first stop was butterbeer soft serve on the menu. It's just as good as I remember it from 8 years ago!
