Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe

Hello, I went here about two weeks ago and ordered their strawberry fluffy pancakes. Personally, I didn’t like them; it tasted a bit too eggy for me. I gave the pancakes to my friend who was snarfing hers down. She really liked them, so 5 ⭐️s.

Wonder atmosphere the service is great and they were very patient when I didn’t know what to get. The aesthetic is wonderful and fit with the theme of the restaurant the music was nice too. The food was absolutely wonderful I don’t regret anything I spent all though it is a little on the expensive side but worth it. 10/10 must recommend.

Pancakes were delicious but it took about 28 minutes to get them. Not sure if this is the norm or something happened and they remade them. The lady at the register was very nice and most of noticed us looking and was trying to bring them out as quickly as she could.

Long waiting time, doesn’t worth it, not coming back!

My husband ordered the classic soufflé pancake with a bacon add-on and a strawberry refresher, while I had the strawberry soufflé pancake with a banana add-on and a hot latte. Everything tasted really good: the pancakes were soft and flavorful, and the drinks were just right. The bacon, though tasty, was served cold. Presentation was definitely on point; the dishes looked as good as they tasted!
The staff member who took our order was very sweet and let us know there would be “a bit of a wait time,” which ended up being around 45 minutes. The atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy brunch spot, but it was still comfortable enough to enjoy the meal.
Overall, I’d give the food a 5/5 for taste and presentation. Service speed is the main area that could use improvement, but if you don’t mind waiting, it’s worth it for the pancakes!

Waited over 1 hour for 3 pancake. They can even provide a eta of how long is the wait.last time I will visit this place

The pancakes are good.
definitely fluffy and a little different from the usual ones you’d expect. I tried the banana “Nutella” flavor, but it turned out to be just chocolate syrup instead of actual Nutella, which was a bit disappointing.

All around disappointing.
This location has a limited menu (no Benedicts, no salmon) I wanted to try the soufflé pancakes which tasted like an omelette. It’s very gimmicky, wouldn’t come back.

Service was slow & I had to go up 4 times, once for each item that was ready as opposed to fulfilling the order at once.

Drinks came out fairly fast, food took 40 mins and was just ok not worth 14$ a piece in my opinion. My biggest concern was the place wasn’t very clean, moldy vents, heavy dust on lights, plates weren’t cleaned well, and ants crawling up the walls.

Terrible and slow service more than an hour waiting for two orders of pancakes, they have enough people working in the kitchen to be that slow, don’t buy the salt caramel frappe the taste was like the milk went bad and when i told the lady she told me what you want me to do? Like she didn’t care not even a refund, all of the customers that buy it were complaining of the taste, please go somewhere else it is not worth it.

Pancakes were very eggy. But I guess that's the style. Went at around 4pm and it was a ghost town. Staff seemed annoyed to be there.

Food was soooo good!! Wait time is a little long but that’s okay it’s worth it and they make it to order so it makes sense. But the whole thing was so delicious and cute

2 star is for the Oreo croffle which was pretty good however kinda pricey. My wife had the Cookies & Cream Soufflé which was very OVER priced and tasteless. We also waited almost 20mins with alot of people in the kitchen standing around and eating which does NOT give out a customer first impression. We won't be returning as I was hoping for a different good experience.

I thought going there would be good because I heard such great things about it, but when I got the there, it was not what I thought it was gonna be.The food was not good and service is very slow. I also didn't like the way my number got skipped over I was number 11 and they skipped me. Went to the next number and the next number. Then serve me one plate at a time. Instead of giving me the 2 plates at a time. Like everyone else which to me did not make sense. So now I won't be going back there. The experience and overall was not for me.
