Today 02/22/25, we had a reservation at 9pm, which was very pleasant, but when we arrived the table was not decorated, we had to decorate the table with the waitresses, then they gave us the menu and to order we had to wait approximately 2 hours, when we ordered, we ordered a chicharrón ceviche and it was more mature than chicharrón, my table companion ordered a traditional ceviche and they served him a shrimp cocktail with sauce rosé, and lemon, which is not a ceviche, then we ordered some drinks because it was a VIP reservation table and the drink arrived 1 hour later, then after a while, they served a cheese to the birthday girl without a cover, as the time passed we asked for a juka of which it brought a single lit coal of which it burned all the essence we asked for change and they brought us another but unlit we practically enjoyed the juka for approximately 2 minutes, they told us that the place could have a variety of music and they played 30 minutes of salsa, merengue and a single reggaeton music, there was only valletano, excellent service to give soup after 1:30 am, but bad service because being a VIP table they only served us 4 times and forced, when asking for the bill they do it super fast, but to collect it takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, the truth is the place is super nice but the customer service is terrible, the truth is excuse me but it's the truth

The place is very cool, and very good to hang out...but they need to work more on the service, I asked the waitress for a drink and it took more than 1 hour and a half to bring it to the table; Then it took more than 40 minutes to bring us our bill. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but our experience the night of 2/22/25 was a disaster. We made a reservation at 9pm for a birthday, when we arrived the tables were not yet decorated, we had to do it together with the waitresses (tablecloths and balloons). After that they gave us the menu and didn't pay attention to us until around 10:30pm when we were able to order some appetizers. The chicharrón ceviche starter had some pieces of chicharrón but they were mostly mature, the shrimp ceviche was not ceviche, it was a shrimp cocktail in mayoketchup. One person in the group ordered a Piña Colada that had to be returned since it was pure water that had very little Piña Colada. The margaritas were also quite indecent. Not to mention that it took approximately an hour to arrive and we had to remind our waitress Nathalia multiple times.

The service provided by our waitress Nathalia was quite poor. He paid adequate attention to all the tables except ours, taking into account that we had a VIP reservation. She walked around the restaurant without paying attention to us considering that we were a group of 6 people willing to spend money but she didn't seem to care much. It is not only modeling a pretty face around the facilities but also providing good customer service which was disastrous. Everything we ordered took about 1 hour to arrive at our table and the place wasn't even full.

Then around 12:30 we ordered a hooka. It had 4 coals of which only one was lit. The essence we ordered (watermelon mint) tasted just burnt. We decided to check the essence about two minutes after receiving the hooka and it was already burned. A question that seemed quite strange to us because it should not burn so quickly. We asked for a change of charcoals and essence since the first one didn't work at all and then they brought us the replacement and it was the same situation. The coals went out even though we did everything we could to keep them lit (we even had to use our own lighter).

The place and location are very good and the food tasted very good even though it was not what we expected.

Dj Leito played only salsa and vallenato throughout the night after we had been promised variety in music despite multiple requests being made.

We decided to ask for the bill before leaving and they brought it to us super quickly. To get paid if they fly but they take forever to serve us.

The bill was approximately $380 for what we ordered and the service was disastrous. Because of Nathalia's poor service, they lost the opportunity of customers returning to their place, spending more money and potentially bringing more customers to their facility.

Also seen in other reviews, I think that many people would like to emphasize their customer service. Whether it's hiring experienced people or retraining your current employees.

The parking lot is very small and it is very difficult to get a spot.

There is no way, no way, that our table and many other customers will return to this site. Probably the worst place in Orlando.

My third time visiting this place, lack of attention from the waitresses. The place was pretty empty, Friday night. I ordered a snack, it was delicious, well portioned. At the end of the night they give you cosome/broth to all the tables. It seemed kind of good to me.

This place use to be good. However, our last 2 experiences have been disappointing due to the service. We made a reservation for a big party, and they took more than 1 hour for service, then she went to eat at one of the tables, kept forgetting to bring our drinks, did not know what a cocktail called "paloma" was, and the food took about an hour to arrive. Keep in mind the place was not busy. We never got utensils and did not provide anything for the cake we took. We had to serve it with a napking and cut it a regular butter knife. We were not going to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it was automatically charged. 😕
