The cachapa corn meal was gritty. A bit dissatisfied with the overall flavor missing the typical distinctive sweetness.

Their name comes from cachapa a typical dish from Venezuela made from maize flour. They date back to pre-Colombian times and are loaded with tons of protein and gut-friendly fiber. They say to be like American pancakes but to me they’re cachapas with no comparison! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the outdoor space is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant! They make other dishes like BBQ, hamburgers and degranado! This place is awesome! It’s located in the front space of the High Soccer Arena sports complex which keeps them quite busy! You’ve got to visit them!

Best Cachapa I’ve had since I moved from Vzla to the US. It’s a far drive from our place and we would still make it anytime because the food is THAT good. The desgranado was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive, asking us if we needed anything and offering extra toppings for us. Would leave 6 stars if I could
