We travel from the Wisconsin/Illinois boarder annually and Ford’s Garage use to be our favorite place to eat - a must every trip! We ate there 02/24/2024 and the new service team method was absolutely awful. We always tip 15% - 20% gratuities so paying a 20% service fee wasn’t bad until we read that it DOESN’T go to the servers and while it’s not expected, tip is optional.
