The automatic 20% tip was off putting when we first went in. I like to tip accordingly and if my service is good I definitely give about 20% but being forced to tip in my mind calls for a server not to care, our servers were ok nothing above the forced 20%. Now for the food it was just okay not worth the price BUT THE NACHOS were the huge disappointment, they give you a huge tray of chips with a very small amount of toppings. We probably had 3/4 of the chips left that had absolutely nothing on them, yet the cost was $17. Taco Bell does better. Definitely wouldn’t go back again.

We decided to stop by the Vineland Ford's Garage to have dinner since we were in the area. We were told that a 20% Gratuity fee would be added to the bill because a team would be working to serve us. (This is just a Tourist tax they throw on). I have eaten at plenty of Ford's Garage restaurants that do not add this in the Tampa and Orlando area. Turns out it was all just one server the whole time. So why was I charged the service fee? The food here was meh. I have had great experiences at other Ford's Garage restaurants, where I was blown away. So Beware!!! They tell you there will be a service charge when you get there, but they speak so fast when telling you that you nod because you are hungry and would like to be seated to get some food. Overall, it was just an average place to eat with a 20% tax already thrown into the bill.

Decided to take my family here while visiting Orlando, really enjoyed the food and ambiance of the place and very sorry to be only giving 3 stars as this would be a 5 star review only for the arrogance of our waitress. While 2 of our party of 6 were still on mains she asked if we had looked at the dessert menu. I asked if she could give us time to finish before we decided on dessert to which she stormed off and returned with our bill. She was lucky that her gratuity was automatically included because she deserved nothing. She should consider another career path as serving the public is not for her !

Came here twice, lunch was great and Bill super nice behind the bar. Dinner was also very good and Juan a super nice guy and very good at what he does. Only 3/5 though as there is now a mandatory 20% service charge, already it cheap so now it’s proper expensive tbh, made happy hour normal price and dinner as expensive as a steak restaurant. If you need to pay your staff more then do so, don’t add 20% to everything someone orders. Tips should be discretionary not compulsory. A strange policy

Tiffany was great. Very professional and kind. The food was good. Loved looking at all the cool vehicle incorporated things throughout the establishment. It was a fun date night with my husband, as we both are car lovers.

Appetizer was quick and good(shrimp). Pub burger was tough and dry. Burnt end grilled cheese was dry and bland. Wait staff nice and friendly, messed up order and made it right. Overpriced, will not be going back.
