Just wanted to give an A+ shout out for this terrific restaurant. The Ford motor theme was extremely well done. So many fun little things to see. The service was outstanding. We interacted with multiple people including a good bartender, servers and a manager. All were friendly, well trained, and helpful beyond what I normally see. Finally the food: awesome!

Regretfully, I suggested to my wife that we try this place. It always looks busy when we pass by it on the way home. Well, it's terrible and expensive. We went for lunch. My wife had her heart set on some chicken wings, the Server informed us they were out. She ordered a signature margarita, it was served in the wrong glass, with no salt on the rim(as pictured on their menu). We ordered the house nachos, the chips were incredibly soggy and had a very odd texture. Also, the toppings were very sparse. Very disappointing. We then ordered the Black and Bleu burger and the BBQ brisket burger. The bacon on my BBQ brisket burger was under cooked. The burger meat had a mealy texture, with little to no taste. The blue cheese dressing tastes like Kraft dressing(I requested for dipping my burger). Then we received our bill! Now to be fair, the host at the front mentioned something about a percentage gratuity, because we mentioned it was our first time there. Now let's be honest, who pays attention to things like that when you're hungry. However, I received the bill with a $20 service fee. I asked our server if that was the tip for her, and she explained it was for the back of house staff. Thankfully, the Server comped our nachos and we gave her a well deserved tip. I'm thinking this is a tourist trap and won't be back.

Have been to Ford's garage many times in other locations. This one had a new model for service charge. They charge 20% and said that you did not necessarily had to tip the waiter. They said this gave you better service. I did not find this to be the case. The service was extremely slow and didn't have drink refills very often. The server never asked us how our food was. The burger that I ordered that he said was the best on the menu, was just okay. I've been to other Ford's locations (Estero, Detroit) and always really enjoyed their burgers. Not sure why this one was not tasty.

Servers would not place our party in the same section, much less close to each other. They didn’t take all our drink orders, forgot to bring out our drinks. Food came after other who arrived after us. Food was decent.

Never again! There is an automatic 20% “ service fee” whether you like the service and food or not. I don’t think so people…Truffle fries cold as ice, over cooked and tasted like the grease pit. And I have to pay 20% service fee.. how is that legal?

Food was great, atmosphere was cool. Service was TERRIBLE!! You are forced to pay a 20% regardless of level of service due to their “team service “… due to this team mentality and an automatic tip everyone ignores the tables. No drink refills were given and it took 20 minutes after we finished eating to get our check. The food was great but due to this ridiculous service policy we won’t be coming back.

I have been to many restaurants In Orlando, but this may very well be the greatest restaurant in Orlando history. The food was top notch and the idea of all of the waiters being your waiter is amazing and the overall theme of the restaurant is amazing. Overall I loved my experience at Ford’s Garage and would love to come back.

Ford's garage is not customer first. They charge an automatic "service charge" for gratuity (many other restaurants do not) and fail to back it up with service . We ordered two meals, and both were made incorrectly. We had to flag our server down multiple times for drinks. And when it was time to go, we had to find a server to bring our check.Will not go back to this restaurant!
