I drive here a couple of mornings a week for coffee, passing the Starbucks because I want to support our hometown brand. The coffee is always good, the staff always friendly, but good lord please get some staff here. There is hardly ever more than one person working and they have to cover walk ups and the drive through. You can see that they are stressed out and doing their best, but it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get four cars through the drive through. If the location is too slow to warrant more staff, have you considered it might be slow BECAUSE it’s understaffed?

Rude rude rude! Whoever is taking orders is extremely unhappy with her job. My husband left feeling like completely inconvenienced her by ordering a plain coffee and cappuccino. In addition that would be ok if the coffee actually was good. Tastes very bitter and the cappuccino had zero foam. I would not recommend this at all for the price.

Usually this chain is my FAV!!! I’m SOOO disappointed. I came through the drive thru before my nail appointment so I didn’t have time to go back and have them remake it or else I would have. I drove from Ocala do I can’t get thus often ordered a hot maple pancake coffee and there’s NO FLAVOR and it’s so strong I asked for 1/2 a shot so how the heck is this drink so strong. I’m really disappointed.

Waiting 20 minutes in drive thru is not it but I dont blame the poor employee who got scheduled on a morning shift by himself despite being by himself he provided the best customer service possible as quickly as he could. I blame the management that doesn’t know that a coffee express spot needs atleast 3 employees on sight to run smoothly.

Ordered a hot chocolate through the drive thru. My cup was less than 2/3 full and it was very watery. First and last time coming here.
Seriously they’re slow I came at 8:30 there were two cars in front of me and I didn’t leave till 8:50. The Dunkin right next door was having cars fly by in the drive through. They seriously need to prioritize their drive through customers who are rushing to work

I loved the espresso with the orange essence added. Truly a unique take. Very helpful staff that were super friendly. They are great people and I will be back when I am in the area. A great place for a cup of coffee
