They made a drink for me that just debuted and they were a bit nervous. We had a lovely conversation and joked about it. Then they went and made me a FANTASTIC strawberry cold brew. I’m a Bi Queen from Minneapolis so we can imagine how hesitant I was to be in Florida. Can confidently say this is my favorite spot here!!

Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the space. They did not have automatic door openers but the street level entrance looked large enough for a powerchair to go through. There is a bathroom outside of the coffee shop in the apartment lobby area. It seemed open to the public and it had an accessible stall with a sink. Unrelated, the toilets will not flush for whatever reason, but the space was good.

I orders a flat white and the barista poured the shot inside the milk and just poured it right into the cup. This is not how a Flat White is made. I understand there is no foam but the top layer is still creamy. Very disappointed!

Ice Caramel Latte is unbelievable but I noticed that A&E fees and a “Round Up” charge were automatically added to my bill without any explanation or prior notice. The staff claimed that I personally selected the “round up” option, but throughout the entire transaction, all I did was swipe my credit card, choose to leave a $1 tip for the staff, and sign. At no point was I informed about what the A&E fee is for, nor was I clearly given the option to agree or decline rounding up the bill. I believe it is the merchant’s responsibility to clearly explain what these additional fees are used for and to give customers the freedom to choose whether they want to participate, especially when it involves extra charges. I come here almost every week, and this was the first time I requested a receipt, which is how I discovered this issue. That is concerning.I hope the management will review this practice, improve transparency, and make sure customers are clearly informed and allowed to opt in or out. I look forward to seeing adjustments made and a response from the business.

Coffee was subpar with Starbucks if I'm honest. The hipster in me wants to like it more but I just can't. All of this could have been excused if it weren't for the rude attitude that I got from the barista when I asked about their coffees. Not my cup.

Coffee was good as always. But I have to say—I was honestly surprised by how many of the staff seem to be gay! It just felt unexpected because I remember the team being a bit different before. That said, the service last night was great, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. LOL!

Every time I come in, Mark greets me with the sweetest smile and asks me how my day is. He is the epitome of customer service and kindness. Thank you for always being so kind. Also, the coffee is amazing!

Came with friends 15 mins before they closed on a Friday night to order coffee to go. Young kid took my order while looking at his watch the entire time. Made my two coffees and handed them to me. My friends tried to order right after he handed me my coffees and he said that they were closed and refused to take their order. Again they were standing there with me from the beginning. Extremely poor customer service!

The problem in America now is, although cash is legal tender, it is no longer accepted by a growing number of businesses. I tried to buy coffee at the Foxtail Coffee Company in Lake Nona, Florida with a twenty dollar bill. The young blue haired attendant said they only accept credit. As I peered around the maze of her facial jewelry (too find one of her ears), I asked, is your cash register broke or do you just not have enough change? The manager swiftly approached and said, NO! We just don't accept cash here...we don't even have a cash register. To sum up, I was denied my cup of coffee that day. Never again Foxtail!

I came down to get coffee around 11 AM, and Jonathan was extremely rude : he interrupted me mid-sentence and didn’t even let me explain my order. Totally unacceptable behavior, especially for a customer-facing role. I come here often, but this experience really left a bad impression. Respect and basic courtesy should be the standard, not the exception.

Just sitting at the counter, minding my business, and it dawned on me how busy it is in here. One employee, Danielle, helped me out with my order. And I just couldn’t help to notice how efficient, or “non-stop” she was - making drinks, food, at the register, addressing customer questions. Great job! And not to diminish anyone else here either: Mark, k1llin1g it on the espresso machine and always a smile to every customer, and Jonathan tirelessly managing the store by grabbing what’s needed to keep the store running, and helping out the employees when needed, and just making Foxtail just a great place to visit!

Both employees, I don’t remember the name, they were very cooperative and they suggested good options for the coffee
