Cute name. Cute looking place. I got the gingerbread dirty chai latte. WAY too much going on. Not sure who enjoys this.

Started off great! Was purchasing nearly daily UNTIL my cafe’ con leches with condensed milk added (75 cent upgrade) were CONSISTENTLY being served lukewarm warm at best. I mentioned it to the store manager. She responded with “she’ll work on it.” The problem CONTINUED, so I decided to take our business elsewhere.
Product is TOO expensive NOT to be served at the proper temperature. Truly a shame in my humble opinion. Closest competitor is right across the street. Maybe THEY can get it right?!

Parking: Easy to park anytime of day.

Peppermint cold brew is a favorite. Stephen is a gem of a human being. Thank you @Foxtail for being exceptional humans, and serving excellent coffee.

Waited pretty long for an extremely average black cold brew and a sub par Carmel latte. Cold not very strong nor rich. Latte lacked flavor.

The atmosphere is very homey for me. The furniture, color, desk are my kind of place. Visiting this cafe from OH while we stay overnight is a good decision!

Will come back next time! We got their holiday special Ice Chocolate Mint Macha Latte, delicious!

I’ve never experienced better customer service and care! Bea takes such good care of all customers and was constantly attending to my and others’ tables, all with a smile! She also makes beautiful latte art. Thanks Bea!

Stopped by here for a Cold Brew with a SPLASH of milk and received the below. Absolutely DISGUSTING! $6.38 down the drain, OH and they didn’t have any hot coffee for my husband. How the hell are you a coffee place and NOT have any coffee? I do not recommend this place at all.

Great location, just off I-4. I frequent this Foxtail and have never been disappointed. They have seating inside and out. Parking is definitely not a problem as it’s tucked into a shopping plaza. Very convenient to swing into and grab a quick coffee, especially ordering through the app, on our way by. A welcomed side stop while sitting in the I-4 parking lot! I would highly recommend!

My favorite Fox Tail! I’ve gone to a few locations and this one is ALWAYS consistently amazing! Fox Tail isn’t cheap but I’m never disappointed when I come to this locations, some others can be hit or miss. Love stopping here before Trader Joe’s down the street

I visited earlier for the first time in a very long time and was totally blown away by the great service. The barista working the register around 8:30pm was so authentic and just generally fun and personable. It's such a cool thing to find places like this, and such a sharp contrast with other coffee shops--even most Foxtail locations--where everything feels mass produced and transactional.

I'll definitely be trying to go here more often.
