It’s ok. I was better in my opinion before as far as taste.

Food is so bad, WAWA makes better breakfast sandwiches. I have been to this location few times and every time it was a huge disappointment with food. DO NOT RECOMEND, there are better places in the area, especially for that price! Also, while back walked in to buy some merch, purchase was over $20, staff was so aggravated because they were closing but their door was open. They allowed be to make a quick purchase but were so ridiculously rude, never again !

I am yet to try the ☕️ coffee. I did try ice cream from here. O.M.Goodness! That ice cream was amazing, and I'll be back. Also, the clerk was pleasant.

Have ordered a cappuccino from 2 different people 3 different times, each time not getting anything worth the cappuccino price. The last person just dumped the shot & the “warm” milk in the cup. I don’t need coffee art for it to taste good, but there is an art to making a coffee like that. This place is not training or checking any of the baristas. Not like there aren’t a million other places serving coffee-how lazy. 2 stars because at least the guy didn’t have an attitude like the other girl that’s usually there.

It's not as good as it used to be before it became a large chain. The outdoor area is completely bland and lacks any atmosphere. There are just a few dirty tables on a plain cement floor, with no decorations or plants to make it inviting. On top of that, my latte wasn’t served at the ideal temperature.

Try the affogato!

I always drink the best cortado from foxtail from different branches. In this branch, in this branch, they serve it as double espresso with no milk, i came back to the barista, and she insisted it only double espresso , so is it duplicate name?

This is the first time being here. Best blueberry muffin I have ever had. Coffee was great 😊

One major complaint: the lady behind the counter was doing each station alone.

I used to love this Foxtail location! It's very conveniently locatedfor me, and even though it was a small store it always seemed to be very efficiently run. I had a different experience this morning though. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I realized it was almost completely full, and I took the only spot. to my surprise, inside the store there was only one employee taking care of all of these customers. She was the store manager, and she said that she was responsible for Uber orders, mobile orders, and all in-store customers, which included both coffee and ice cream. I got the impression that this was a pretty recent development, and the employee was obviously doing her best despite being completely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of customers she was responsible for. So basically, whoever runs the company decided that it's reasonable to expect one person to do four jobs... I'd give this store five stars for effort and positive attitude, but whoever is responsible for staffing changes at Foxtail needs to realize that one person cannot do four jobs at the same time!!!

They’re very fast with their orders and most never get them wrong
