I really enjoy this location and the atmosphere is great! Austin was my barista, great customer service, very polite and professional!
I had a matcha this last visit because the last few times I’ve been in the espresso has been sour tasting.

We were exploring and walking at Eola Park and saw this coffee shop. The coffee was really good and it wasn’t that busy. Totally recommend to pass by and get a coffee or a sweet treat.

Foxtail Coffee – Lake Eola is a great spot right by Lake Eola Park. The coffee is excellent, and the cake pops are a nice treat. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the seasonal drink options are creative and fun. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for quality coffee in a cozy setting.

My husband and I often come here to drink delicious coffee, they have a new coffee with blackberries and it is incredibly delicious! Also we take their tea latte and just caramel latte.The man who works there is incredibly kind, it's nice that there are people who do their job to the best of their ability.You can feel that they care about their guests❤️

Great location and decent coffee, but they charge 75 cents for oatmilk. Bummer! Free oatmilk at Starbucks down the street :)

Also no vegan baked goods. Hopefully they can add some in the future - I'd definitely be back.

I’ve spent countless hours and dollars at this Foxtail location, working from here regularly, buying coffee, food, and contributing to the atmosphere they market so heavily. But today, I was reminded that loyalty means nothing when bias is at play.

I walked in simply to wash my hands, something anyone would expect to do without issue. Instead, I was immediately met with resistance and told I could only use the restroom if I was a paying customer, as if I were some stranger off the street. No warmth. No recognition. Just cold enforcement of a rule that seems to shift based on who is asking.

I am a disabled U.S. veteran. I’ve defended this country with everything I have. And I felt like I was being treated like I didn’t belong in a place I’ve supported with my time and money.

I couldn’t shake the sense that I was being racially profiled. If I looked different, if I wasn’t black, if my skin were lighter, the response would likely have been more gracious, more human.

I’ve watched others walk in and out of this shop without issue, people who weren’t immediately challenged or questioned, people who weren’t made to feel small for asking for something so basic. So why was I treated this way?

This isn’t about coffee. This is about decency. About dignity. About refusing to accept behavior that quietly tells people they’re less than.

Foxtail, you’ve lost my business for good. And I won’t stay silent about it. No one, regardless of race, disability, or appearance, should ever be made to feel like they’re less than welcome in a space they’ve helped build.

Ive been coming here for 2 years. I Usually have no issues. However Sophia in the front refused to let me use the bathroom! I'll never come to this location again!

Small coffee shop in Lake Eola area. Got there before 8:00 and there were only three people there. Got a bagel and hung out to enjoy the peaceful morning.

Very disappointed. My coworkers and took a nice walk to get coffee and each one of were disappointed but one. My bagel was hard as a rock, turkey sausage dried out. When I called I was told the oven might be broke and other people have called and complained as well!? Why not fix the issue?!? Co worker one asked for a hot drink and received a cold drink. Co worker two oatmeal pie taste like chalk. First and last time coming here!

This was my first visit to Foxtail, and I was highly impressed! Zane was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Took the time to ask what I was looking for and crafted my drink perfectly. While this location gets busy at times due to downtown foot traffic, I still had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!
