We went here for my mom’s birthday tonight as it is her favorite place and were so disappointed. It started by waiting for our table while the gentlemen who was supposed to be seating us was outside looking at sneakers that were being shown to him right in front of the restaurant by a guy in the back of a jeep. My mom has had knee surgery and really needed to sit down and the host kept going back to the jeep obviously excited about his shoes. When he finally came back in there was no apology and he asked us to confirm that there was definitely 7 people because some times people don’t always show even though he could clearly see 7 of us standing there. I have worked as a greeter in several upscale restaurants and I think this is why it bothered me so much, to me it would be unacceptable to behave this way in front of guests. Once we were seated the waitress was kind and took our drink order and the appetizers we ordered were delicious. That is where we should have ended our meal as three members of our party ordered veal piccata and it arrived overcooked and the sauce which is normally delicious was completely bland and we asked for lemons to add to it to give it flavor. Anyone who ordered pasta received it swimming in watery sauce so much so that it resembled soup. I suggested letting the server know but at that point they just wanted to eat and leave. Perhaps our experience was due to the fact that right before we arrived there was a huge catering order that was carried out the door but all I know is that my parents had a poor enough experience that they won’t be coming back.

Excellent Italian restaurant where the bread is fresh and delicious, sauce is not too sweet but sweet enough, pizza was delicious as well as the veal. You should make a reservation to try this place. Highly recommended!

My husband & I were searching for a place in Orlando to have lunch with our friends from out of town. Fresco's seemed to be the best choice, convenient location to meet, and good reviews. Our expectations were high, and we looked forward to a special meal. This is my first restaurant review, and I am sorry to have to say the food was very disappointing. The eggplant parmigiana was the worst, completely flooded in sauce and completely lacking in eggplant. I will not speak here for the 3 other guests entrees, but no one, no not one person expressed how they enjoyed the food. No usual comments like this is delicious, excellent, etc. What makes this even worse, and most embarrassing, our guests insisted on paying.

Best restaurant in Orlando! In a town where most restaurants are typical tourist traps, this place is just the opposite! Excellent service and well prepared authentic Italian food! We dined there 2 times on our visit!

Unfortunately I didn't take photos... but when you enter there you are "kidnapped" by the welcoming atmosphere of the place and the staff... even Italian staff, which never hurts for us Italians, this also helps to make you feel at "home" .. excellent food and at a good price .. given the prices that go around in America for eating and more ... EXCELLENT price quality !!! I highly recommend it to anyone who is in those parts!!!

Jojo the bartender was amazing went way above what was expected to make my experience above excellent. If you go to Fresco and you can have Jojo take care of you you'll have an excellent time. Not to mention the food was cook great. The only thing I can say is if you go here ask for Jojo she's amazing. I will definitely be back to see her again!!!!!!
Fresco Cocina Italiana was an excellent decision to enjoy a good meal. The plates are generously sized, and the calamari was fresh and very well prepared. My pasta with arrabbiata sauce was also delicious, with just the right level of spiciness.
The service was really very good, the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Although I expected the atmosphere to be a little cozier and with a more authentic Italian feel, the overall experience was very positive.
It is definitely a place I would recommend for its food and service. I would come back to try more of the menu!
