The staff had no patience. I showed screenshot of what my friend wanted since they all looked at me crazy. Mind you it was my first time there. I was going to try something there as well but didn’t bother to.

There wasn't a lot of seating so it was packed when it was raining and you wanted to dine in. Next time I'm take it to go.

Great food- love the allergy factor for gluten free and vegetarian. One star off for lack of change in the menu. It’s always the same. Would be nice to keep the basics but maybe have one rotating different thing? Sweet potato noodles and the almond cookies are two of our family favs

I used to patronize this fresh kitchen weekly and always loved the food here as I am gluten intolerant and everything at this restaurant is gluten free. I visited again recently and it was as good as I remember. Service was fast and workers were friendly. Restrooms were clean. Some of the tables were a little dirty though and could use a wipe down.

Hehe hehe

I got a medium size bowl and the portion size was actually insanely small. It looks like I’ve already eaten half of it, and when I asked for more meat they had the audacity to throw a single piece of chicken in, AND give me attitude for it. It tasted great but I won’t be back here and for 12 plus tip it is a complete rip off.

Used to be my favorite spot but the portions keep getting smaller and smaller.

I enjoy the food. However good luck with whoever is serving. The portions are getting to be less and less. Employees are more attentive to online orders. I have come to this location before, however this time it was a disappointment.

The prices have remained the same but they shrink-flationed the breaded chicken strips to only 2. Okay I get giving us less because it’s a bowl with sides but 🤔 umm I feel like 3 is the minimum for a normal person size amount of protein. I had to go back and upgrade my bowl to one with two proteins and then the cost was at $14.

Otherwise it tasted great! Better than Bolay

I love the food at this place, the bad thing is that they serve little. On this occasion I did not like the attention of the cashier, a young girl with a cap and two little bows, very bad-looking and stressed! Your attention was terrible

I’ve been a loyal customer at Fresh Kitchen, visiting nearly every week because I love their food and the quality ingredients they use. Recently, I ordered a bowl to go and was enjoying it at home when, near the bottom of the bowl, I noticed something that didn’t resemble the chicken or steak in my meal. At first, I didn’t want to believe it, but after a closer look and confirmation from my boyfriend (who even took a photo), I realized it was indeed a bug.
Thankfully, I was able to get a refund, but this experience has left me truly disappointed. I’ve always trusted this restaurant for their fresh and wholesome options, but finding something like this really affects my confidence in their sanitation practices. As much as I’ve enjoyed Fresh Kitchen, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I hope they will take this issue seriously and make any necessary improvements to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Nice food, invest in a bikerack. Why do I have to lock my scooter to a tree if I want to eat here? Why do I have to leave an $800 electronic device out in the rain to buy a $20 meal?

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but you have to pull open the door. Only 4 indoor tables can accommodate wheelchairs, the rest are bar and booth style. There are plenty of outdoor tables.
